John's POV
We were currently in Government with Miss Cameron. Today we were discussing politics. Naomi wasn't in class right now, she was running late.
"Guys, if she doesn't show up in the next five minutes, we can leave!" Dean cheered right as Cameron walked in.
"Oh but you won't be, isn't that a shame?" She smirked and headed to the front of the class.
Dean rolled his eyes and gave her a look. Roman and Seth were texting each other, even though they were right next to each other.
"Okay, now onto politics. Let's elect a president," Miss Cameron instructed.
"There won't be any need for that, for we all know I am the best candidate for president," Seth started to walk to the front of the class.
"Nice try, Mr. Rollins, but I've already picked the president," she started. "AJ please come on up."
AJ walked to the front of the class with a smirk on his face. AJ was by far one of the best students at this school, and it still shocked me.
"Well, it's no surprise I won the presidency," AJ started, but Cameron backed him up.
"AJ, who's your running mate?"
AJ cocked his head to the side, and made himself look like he was thinking, but we all know who he had in mind.
"Luke, duh," he started. "And while we're appointing positions, I'd like Karl as my secretary."
Cameron nodded as Luke and Karl walked to the front of the class. "Okay, President Styles, what would your first official act of business be?"
AJ tapped his chin. "Well, I'd make everyday..." he started and then looked at Luke and Karl for a signal, and I knew what was coming next. "BEAT UP JOHN CENA DAY!"
Almost the whole class groaned and gave me a look. AJ was just having a ball being the fake president.
"If he was the actual president, America would be in trouble," Dean whispered to me.
"I got it, I'll win the presidency, go live in the White House, hire some staff, and then I'll beat up John Cena!" AJ screamed again.
"Mr. Styles, that's enough! Please go back to your seat, we're finished for the day," Miss Cameron said strictly and ushered them back to their seats.
After school, AJ was trying to help me ask Nikki to the Spring Fling. I wanted it to be perfect, because I was only going to ask her once.
"AJ, it just needs to be perfect."
"As you've said."
"I don't know what about, a date and flowers?"
"Too basic."
"Hmm, what about if I take her to the park and with a candle light picnic?"
"Too cliché."
"How about a special night?"
"Not enough details."
"Ugh, what do you suggest then, Mr. Romantic?"
AJ stood up off his bed and walked around the room. "I'd say you just ask her."
"AJ, that is too basic," I told him but he disagreed.
"No it's not, you just say Nikki, will you go to the Spring Fling with me?"
I stared at him. "It's not that easy, what if I get rejected?"
"Then you get rejected, but you won't."
I then walked up to Nikki's dorm. I was going over the plan in my head. I was just going to straight up ask her, like AJ had said. I knocked and Brie answered.
"Can I see Nikki?"
She nodded and then Nikki came to the door.
"What's up, my man?"
"Nicole, will you go to Spring Fling with me?"
"Yes!" She shrieked and hugged me. "I love how you didn't do much, it was just simple, I love you."
"I love you too," I told her.
Huh, maybe AJ knew more about girls then I thought.
Dana's POV
Okay, I absolutely hated being partnered up with Luke. For one, I knew he still liked me, and the fact that I was dating Karl made it ever weirder.
"Dana?" Goldberg asked me.
He was currently in for Brock, who was away on a vacation, supposedly he was modeling for a company. At least, that's what his sub plans said.
"Yes?"
"Can you tell me the answer to number four?"
I looked at my blank paper. I hadn't done the Geography homework last night, because I was out with Karl. And then I had to help Luke with this dumb project, and my math homework was another story.
"She doesn't have it," James told him.
Great, now I was going to get it.
"Thank you, Mr. Ellsworth, now Miss Brooke, why is your homework incomplete?"
I stared at him, while the rest of the class looked at me. "I was doing another project last night."
"With Gallows and Anderson?" AJ asked, still referring to them as a whole unit.
"Yes, AJ, if you must know, I was with them."
Goldberg looked at me and I could tell he wasn't impressed. I felt kind of bad, but at the same time I didn't.
"Attention students, just a reminder that Spring Fling is two months away!" Daniel announced over the intercom.
"Ugh, why?" Lana threw her head back in frustration.
"Lana, get over yourself," Goldberg told her and she gave him a look.
"Yeah, you could be like a normal person and just go with Rusev to get pictures and have a cute Instagram feed," Charlotte commented and Sasha rolled her eyes.
Spring Fling was not going to be fun at all. Mostly because Luke didn't have a date and he'd probably be with Karl the whole night.
"Or you could all shut your mouths and pay attention," Goldberg told us and everybody shut up.
After class, Charlotte and I were discussing our new plans for Spring Fling. Roman had dumped me for Sasha, which I was expecting, they can't go a day without each other. And I was now going with Karl. And Charlotte was going with Seth.
"So, Seth isn't for the whole double date thing, because he already made plans with his Shield Brothers, and I have to go with him."
"Oh, so we aren't going to hang out together?"
She looked at me. "Dana, it's not that I don't want to, it's just my boyfriend already made plans."
"I understand, you never want to do anything with me anymore."
She sighed. "It's not that, I'm just always busy."
"Not true, just yesterday you and Carmella spent the day together and then she stayed over!"
"Okay, you want the truth?" She started to stand up. "I hang out with Carmella and Sasha because they're more fun. They don't judge me and they certainly know how to make me laugh. Dana, with you I feel like everything is a competition!" She stormed out of my room.
I had lost my best friend.
