John's POV
This was it. Our junior year was finally ending today. We would walk out the school as juniors, and re-enter it as seniors.
That was a scary thought. I loved it here at the academy, and the fact that I would be leaving, kind of scared me. Everything was always laid out for me here, but when I would advance to WWE, I would have to make a name for myself.
But, if there's anything that the academy has taught me; it was always think of the future, to never look back, and to always push yourself.
Or as I always say; Never Give Up.
"What was the point of it, Seth?" I heard Nikki yell to him as I stood leaned up against my locker.
He sighed. "Nik, I really don't want to talk about it, okay? I feel bad about it as is, and you're not making me feel better."
She rolled her eyes and pulled him and myself into the closet.
"You listen and you listen good, Colby. I've known Charlotte for a while, and I've never seen her like this. The only explanation is you," Nikki scowled at him.
He crossed his arms over his chest . "First off, Nicole, what did I say about using my real name? And second of all, who put you up to this?"
She huffed, blowing hair out of her face. "That is personal, as you like to say."
I tapped her on the arm. "Why the hell are we in here?"
She whispered in my ear. "I hate to see Char give up everything she loved, because of some British Tramp."
I nodded and then backed her up. "Seth, come on, you don't mean it. You love Charlotte."
He laughed. "I did, but then I decided that's not what I wanted, stop trying to make me change my mind."
She rolled her eyes. "Whatever, you're just a jerk, who only cares about himself! Dean was right, you really are a prick!"
She stomped out of the closet and I followed. Nikki was really coming out of her shell this year, with sticking up for her friends I mean. Last year, she would've kept her business to herself, but this year, she was definitely taking a stand.
"Nicole, I think that went well, but could you tone it down a little?"
She nodded. "Relax, I know I've been getting out of line lately, and I'm sorry."
I kissed her and then walked to The Hardyz for one last class as a junior.
"Guys, today's a free day. It's your last day, and just have fun and socialize before you leave for the summer," Jeff announced as he put on Netflix.
I moved next to Dean, as I wasn't sitting next to Alberto for my last class.
"Hey, so what do you know about the whole Seth and Charlotte situation?"
"Well, I know for a fact that Seth cheated. And I also know that Paige was involved," he started and then Becky turned around.
"I can't believe Paige, the little British Brat. She has a baby with one guy, and now she's having an affair with another, what the hell are they teaching her in England?"
Dean and I shrugged, we even chuckled a little at the ginger haired girl's outrage.
"Goodbye, students, we'll see you next year, maybe!" Matt shouted as we walked out of the classroom.
I waltzed into the Miz's classroom, for one last time, thank God. I wasn't going to miss him at all. He annoyed me made me mad. I knew for a fact that no one was going to miss him.
"I am going to have a great summer. No Seth, no Roman, and best of all, I won't have to see the Miz every day!" Dean cheered as he sat down.
"What was that, Mr. Ambrose?" Miz asked with a smirk.
"I just stated that I won't have to see you everyday when I leave here for summer break."
Miz rolled his eyes and we started with class. I was guaranteeing that he'd be the only teacher who would try teaching us something today.
"For our last day here, I thought we'd learn about the most prestigious title in the WWE..." he paused for effect.
"The Intercontinental Championship!"
Dean rolled his eyes and then spoke up. "Miz, that's my title now."
Roman laughed. "You're quoting me, I'm proud."
"No, if he wanted to quote you, he would've said- "This is my yard now", because that's all you know how to say, Reigns," Chris smirked.
They rolled their eyes after that, and we carried on with class. When the bell rang for lunch, I was happy.
"Our last lunch as juniors! Awesome!" Kevin screamed with joy.
"Don't use my word," Miz stomped his foot.
We walked to lunch, and Kevin kept talking. "Chris, next year the hallway will part for me. Because, I, Kevin Owens, am the Face of America!"
Roman turned around to face him. "We'll see how long you keep that title, Kev."
"Who pooped in your yard?"
Roman rolled his eyes and then we all sat down at the table, once we had our food.
"Guys, I'll miss you this summer, but, I hope you all have fun!" Enzo chirped.
We nodded in agreement. I for sure would be missing these people.
Well, except AJ.
But, other than that, I'd be missing them.
After school was over, we got back the dorms. I had packed all my stuff last night, so I could have today to say my goodbyes.
"Bye, John, I know you're going to miss me when I'm in the great state of Georgia," AJ smirked as he took his luggage and walked out the door.
Nikki came rushing down the steps, and then kissed me. "I know we're going to hang out this summer, but I'll miss you until then."
I kissed her once more and then went to see Dean and Roman.
"Bye, guys, I'll miss you!" I said as they gave me a hug.
"Bye, dude," Dean said and then I went back to my dorm.
Mom texted me and told me that her, dad, and Molly were waiting for me outside.
I took one more final look around the dorm. It looked plain and it was quiet. AJ sure made it loud.
The bed sheets were gone, all the posters had been taken down, and there were no more clothes hanging in the closet.
I walked out the door, placing my baseball cap on my head, smiling.
"Until next year, WWE Academy."
