Renee's POV
I was in Common Commentary with Mr. Cole and let me tell you, was it a bore. This is what all reporters, announcers, and anyone like that took instead of gym. And it wasn't my favorite class.
"And when you're on commentary, you just announce all the upcoming events, and of course the moves that each wrestler performs," Byron Saxton, Mr. Cole's assistant, pointed out.
"Hey, babe, you single? Want to give me those digits?" I heard Corey Graves whisper from next to me.
"For the last time, Corey, I have a boyfriend and I am not single."
He smirked and threw a piece of paper at me. I unfolded it to reveal Corey's phone number on the paper. I threw it back at him because I wasn't interested in him.
"And today we have a guest speaker,"Mr. Saxton exclaimed.
"Yes! Please welcome JBL!" Mr. Cole gave him an entrance cue.
"He was our speaker last week," I heard Tom mumble.
"Phillips, hush, no one asked you!" Mr. Cole pointed a finger at him.
"I'm just saying that we seem to have him every week," Tom stated.
"Basically, on commentary-" JBL started, but Charly interrupted him.
"That's not what I want to do, so why should I care? I want to be a reporter."
"Well, you may start out on commentary, or do a little bit of both, but you have to know how to do both."
Charly groaned and sat back in her seat. Charly wasn't exactly happy with this class either.
After Common Commentary, it was time to leave, thank goodness. I was waiting for Dean outside, and that's when I saw Roman and Seth.
"Hey, where's Dean?" I asked them.
"Listen, I want an interview," Seth smirked.
"For?" I asked unimpressed.
"For beating Kevin Owens in gym just now!"
Suddenly, Charly appeared behind me. "Mr. Rollins, you will not be getting an interview."
I laughed. "But Roman will."
Roman shot me a glance and both Charly and I took a step backwards. Roman was scary, unless he was in a good mood, which he was not, clearly.
"Why does he get one? Not fair!" Seth pouted.
Then, Dean appeared. "What's not fair, Seth?"
"That Roman over here gets an interview and I don't!"
Dean raised a brow and walked past Seth and over to Charly and I. "Why doesn't Seth get an interview?"
"Yeah, why doesn't Rollins get an interview?" Kevin now joined in.
"Because, Kev, Seth's match wasn't that exciting, according to the rest of the gym class, and Roman's was," Charly smirked at him.
"You weren't even there!"
"No, but I was," Big E commented.
Kevin now turned around to come face to face with him. "What would you know Mr. BootyO?"
"He texted me, telling me everything," JoJo answered.
"Ugh, whatever, Chris, let's go!" Kevin yelled and then the infamous best friends walked over to the car.
"Thank goodness they left," Seth started. "Reporter girls, we'll finish this later."
Charly and I rolled out eyes as Seth pranced away to his mustang. I wasn't giving him an interview and I knew that Charly wouldn't either.
