"Yes baby you look beautiful," I reassured her as I gave her a deep kiss.

"Yet, I don't feel beautiful.. I feel like a damn whale," She groaned.

"You look perfect, plus you are nine months pregnant what did you expect?" I asked her chuckling.

"I don't wanna goo," Beyoncé whined as she grabbed her purse.

"Baby, it's your clothing line and your fashion show, you kind of have to go.." I said as I grabbed my keys. I was trying not to piss her off because her hormones have definitely been on edge.

"Fine! Damn it. I'll go," She groaned and we began going downstairs.

"Where are you guys off to?" Ms. Tina asked as she was eating some soup on the dining room.

"Mama.. what did we talk about," Beyoncé scolded.

"You're right, sorry," she apologized and took her plate to the sink before leaving towards the guest house.

Beyoncé just shook her head and began walking towards the front door. "Babe.." I called once we were outside.

"What?" She asked sharply as she got in the car.

"I know we talked with your mom and all but that doesn't mean you have to be rude.." I pointed out.

"Shawn we aren't even about to start.." she groaned.

A few weeks ago Beyoncé, Ms. Tina and I had a grown conversation about how she has to stop being a bitter, nosey, annoying old lady all up in our business.. obviously in some more disguised word but oh well. Ever since Bey has really been trying to have her own space and stuff because she is sick and tired of her mom staying with us.. but hey, it's not my fault. I wasn't the one who invited her over to help with the baby.

After the horrific Friday night traffic we finally got to the venue where the fashion show would be taking place. I pulled over at the valet parking and helped Beyoncé out the car. "You okay?" I asked as she scrunched her face up a bit.

"Yes I'm okay.. King is just moving around a lot," she explained and then proceeded to grab my hand and place it on top of her protruding belly.

"Geeze, calm down in there boy, making up a damn stampede inside your mommy," I joked as I spoke to my wife's stomach.

She laughed and rubbed my cheek while looking into my eyes, but it felt like she could see through me. It felt like we had known each other forever, like we were made for each other.
