CHAPTER 43

Kyungsoo POV

I was waiting for Kai to fetch me, he said he wants to take me on a date today since its our free day, suddenly my phone rings

Baekhyunie Calling...

"Baek-ah why?" I heard him catching his breath

"Kyungsooyah....go to our hospital now, Tao...its Tao" and all I hear now is his sob so I quickly end the call and run outside our house

"Oh! Kyung, what's with the hurry?" Thank god Kai is already here, I grab his hand right away and make him ride his car again

"Drive now, to Byun Hospital. PALLI!!" he startles so he quickly drive in a high speed

When we arrived there I quickly went to lobby and ask for Tao's room

"Huang Zi Tao" I tap the desk but this nurse keep herself busy with her phonecalls

I grab her collar not minding that she's a girl and pull her closer to me

"Listen I have bad temper with ugly people like you, tell me the room of Huang Zi Tao or I'll make you one of the patients here too" I release her and she quickly chech Tao's room

"Ro-room 213" without a word I run to the said room and Kai follows me

When we arrived there, I saw Baekhyun sitting beside Tao Chanyeol and Sehun on the sofa beside Tao's bed, I walked slowly to Baekhyun's side and pat his shoulder

"Kyu-kyungsoo, Tao here he's...he's...he keeps te-telling lies" I saw his puffy eyes and a shivering lips

I cupped his face and wipe his tears using my thumb, he suddenly pull me for a hug and sob on my shoulder making it wet

"Kyung, why did Tao told me he's dying!! I told him to not lie to me...but he keeps on saying it again...Kyungsooyah tell that panda to stop lying"

I hold his both shoulders and make him look at me, I know that Tao is dying but we never told it to Baekhyun to not cause him stress and for the safety of his baby too

"Listen, Baek hmm? I will tell you everything calm down lets go out here, Tao needs to rest" Tao is currently sleeping now

Chanyeol went to Baekhyun and hug him, Kai went to me and interlocks our hands, before we went out I give a glance to Sehun and he just nodded

We decided to being them to the rooftop of this hospital, where it was quiet so Baekhyun can listen to me properly

"Baek, Tao has diagnosed with brain cancer, when he found out that he have this kind of illness it was too late, the doctor gave him 7 months to live, and you see he only have 1 week now, he wish to see you before he leaves"

He broke down and thankfully Chanyeol is hugging him preventing him to fall down on his knees

When we go back to Tao's room, before we could go in we heard Sehun's sob and talking to Tao

"Tao, fight for us huh? Don't leave me. I can't...I don't know...you're my life, so please I am begging you fight for us, doctors are not god, they should not tell wether you can live longer or not so please don't...don't leave me alone here..." He said between his sob

"Hun-ah, promise me...when I'm gone, you'll smile, for me, cause I'll be watching you. And take care of yourself, and Baekhyun and Kyungsoo, and Hun-ah find someone again..."

Tao caresses Sehun's face and wiped those endless falling tears on his face, we just stay on the door and watch them talk

"Don't say that! How can I replace you, no one can ever replace you! And I don't wanna" He squeeze Tao's hand and kissed it tenderly
