Chapter 1

"MOMMMMM. WHERE'S MY

COMB?", I asked as I was hurrying to get ready for school. It was 7:20 and I had to be at school by 7:45. My alarm didn't go off this morning. It was my first day at Wensfield University. My mom and I moved here after my parents broke up. I was really nervous.

"Sorry, Sabrina. I accidentally forgot to put it back when I was using it. Check in the dresser's drawer in my room.", she replied.

My mom was under stress since the divorce. My dad cheated on my mom with some colleague of his. I don't understand why he would do that! My mom is a very fun, wonderful woman to be around. Since the divorce, my mom has been really tired, depressed, and under a lot of stress.

"Hey, honey. Ready for your first day at Wensfield University?", mom asked.

"I'm so nervous.", I said.

I gave my mom a kiss goodbye and went into my car. Wensfield University was 5 minutes away.

"BYE MOMMMM.", I yelled as I drove down my street.

"BYE, SABRINA. ENJOY YOUR DAY!", she yelled back.

My college life here in Wensfield starts now. The journey starts now. Everything about life starts....NOWW..
