I stabbed my fork inside my french fried and put it in my mouth, looking down the table. Keith, Nancy, and Cora were somewhere else in the lunch room but I didn't care. Id they didn't want to be near me, then good for them. They were great friends, honestly. I wished they could come talk to me and forget about what I did but they didn't. If they thought I was going to say sorry for punching Keith, think again.

I tried blocking out the laughter, music, and footsteps but it was too freaking loud. Shay hasn't appeared and I felt worried again. I knew he came back so I could fix my life but maybe this was supposed to be. I'm supposed to be alone with my thoughts, keep remembering him, and not have any friends. I'm supposed to live my life in my room with idiots around me every second of my day.

I sighed and threw my garbage away. I took out a piece of paper and a pen from my book bag and started drawing. I heard Nancy's laughter across the lunch room. I looked up and saw Keith and Nancy talking and laughing away with their new friends. The only one who looked at me was Cora. She had a pained expression on her face but then smiled. She waved at me and I waved back but I didn't smile. Nancy looked at me and frowned. She pulled down Cora's hand and started to talk to her. Cora kept glancing me and shook her head. I guessed Cora was under Nancy's spell.

I returned back to my drawing. I would usually draw Shay but I haven't seen him in a long time. He was printed in my mind but he had different emotions. I could draw him mad, sad, tired, but his favorite, is with the whole family laughing and smiling. I told him I couldn't draw that because it was too much people. He looked sad and said for me. What was I supposed to do? I couldn't say no to him when he gave me the puppy eyes. I didn't get to draw the picture because I thought he would stay.

A girl sat next to me and smiled. I raised an eyebrow as she took out a burger from her bag and started to chew on it softly. I wanted to get back on my drawing but she was chewing a little bit too loudly. I didn't feel like screaming at her because she didn't do anything wrong. Yet. She swallowed loudly and placed her burger on the table.

"The names Andy. Andy from Toy Story. Howdy," she said excitingly.

I nodded and went back drawing.

"Whoa, that's cool." I looked back and saw her brown eyes staring down at my drawing. I quickly flipped it over and glared at it. "Okay, okay. I see you like privacy but you should go to the Art room and get that colored."

"I like black and white," I said.

She smiled. "Me too. Hint: what am I wearing?"

I scanned her quickly. She had black eye shadow around her eyes, she didn't had lipstick or lipgloss on her lips but they were shiny, her short brown hair was in a messy bun with her messy bang covering her eyes and two long pieces of her hair hanging next to her face. She had on a white shirt with buttons, grey jeans, and converse.

"Black and white," I answered.

She clicked her tongue and pointed at me. "Bingo. The way I like my clothes. I see you like leather."

I chuckled and pulled the leather jacket closer to me.

"She seems awesome as fuck," Shay said.

I jumped, spilling my drink on my clothes. I jumped out of my chair and started wiping the cold drink off my junk. Andy had a amsued look on her face and she quickly went in her book bag. She started to tab the drink off my clothes and I heard some people laughing.

"Hey! If you dicks mess with my friend, I'll fuck your face up!" Andy roared.

They stopped laughing and went back to their business. I stared at Andy surprised and sat next to her again. Andy threw away the napkins and returned eating her burger. I didn't know what to say. My friends wouldn't stood up for me when something bad happened to me. They would laugh and asked if I'm okay. Andy was different. She helped me and told those idtios to back off. I should say something.

"You're awesome as fuck," I blurted.

She threw her head back and laughed. I started to feel giddy when she stopped laughing and patted my back. "That's a new, dude. Wait, I don't know your name."

"It's Gabriel. The archangel, I guess."

"I think you became my best friend."

I looked at her surprised. "Why?"

"Because I love angels and anything supernatural. I'm surprised you knew that."

"I do my research," I said and smirked.

Shay sat next to me and patted my back. I shivered when his hand touched my back. I was glad that I had someone to talk. Andy did seemed different from most people and I liked that.

Nancy, Keith, and Cora came to my table and gave me fake smiles. I didn't smile back. They sat down and started to talk to Andy. Andy seemed happy around them. I guessed it was too soon to be true. I quickly grabbed my stuff and walked away from them and out of the lunch room.

"Gabriel, wait!" I heard Andy yelled but I didn't stop walking. She has new friends now. Whatever.
