A/N: this one was requested by @MoomooThaw it's a little longer than my usual one shots but I hope you like it!

Quinn took a deep breath as she wheeled into school. It was her first day back since her accident and she was nervous. Being in a coma changed a lot of things for her, and she needed to find Finn as soon as possible.

The bell rang, but Quinn didn't even get to her locker yet. She decided to head to class. Mr. Schue would understand and cut her some slack.

Quinn slowly wheeled into the classroom. "Sorry I'm late." She muttered.

"That's okay, Quinn." Mr. Schue smiled sympathetically. "Welcome back."

"Thanks." Quinn smiled slightly. She parked her chair in front of Santana's desk.

Luckily, the class went by fast. Mr. Schue dismissed Quinn five minutes early, so she would have time to get to her next class. Finn left with her to help her.

"You okay?" Finn asked as he pushed Quinn's chair down the hallway.

Quinn shook her head. She took a deep breath. "We need to talk about something."

Finn stopped walking and turned Quinn's chair around, so they were face to face. "I have to tell you something, too."

"You first." Quinn insisted.

"I kissed Rachel." Finn admitted. "I was upset about you being in the hospital and she was saying all this nice stuff about you to comfort me, and I just kissed her. I'm really sorry, Quinn."

"Finn." Quinn sighed. "It's okay. I heard you when you told me that at the hospital."

Finn furrowed his eyebrow. "Really?"

Quinn nodded. "When I was in the hospital, Puck told me he loves me."

"He loves you?" Finn looked at Quinn.

"That's what he said." Quinn answered as she looked up at Finn. "And I think I might love him, too."

Finn nodded at Quinn. He slowly leaned over her and gave her a hug.

"No hard feelings?" Quinn asked.

"Not at all." Finn smiled.

Quinn smiled back. "Thanks for helping me get to class. I'll see you in glee club?"

"Sure." Finn nodded and walked away.

At the end of the day, Quinn went to glee club. Surprisingly, she was one of the first people to arrive, which was weird since she took longer than usual because of her chair.

Quinn sat in the front. She didn't really have a choice because she couldn't get onto the risers. She picked at her cuticles as her friends began arriving.

"Before we start, I just want to say welcome back to Quinn." Mr. Schue said.

Everyone began clapping for the blonde. Artie, who was next to Quinn, squeezed her hand.

"We're so glad you're gonna be okay." Mr. Schue added. "You scared us."

"Thank you." Quinn said. "I scared myself. The doctors say that I'm gonna make a full recovery, but I just ask for everyone's patience."

"Of course, Quinn." Mercedes nodded.

Puck walked in with some thin, leggy brunette. "Sorry we're late. We lost track of time." He muttered shamelessly.

Quinn looked at Artie. "Who's that?"

Artie leaned over and lowered his voice. "Puck took it upon himself to get a new member and a new girlfriend while you were gone. Her name is Gabby."
