Rachel took a deep breath and looked at her boyfriend, who was sitting beside her at the karaoke bar. He was smiling while he watched Kurt and Blaine perform a duet.
Rachel glanced at her friend from school. He called her sexy all the time and they kissed right before Finn came back from the Army.
"Finn."
Finn took his eyes away from his brother and looked at the petite brunette. "Yeah?"
"Can we go outside and talk?" Rachel requested. She suddenly felt nervous around a man she was always so comfortable with.
Finn nodded and stood up. He gave Kurt an apologetic look as he followed Rachel out.
"Why did you come back?" Rachel blurted. "I mean, why now?"
Finn paused for a moment, obviously a little surprised by the question. "I should've never left. I should've just got on that train with you and figured everything out together."
"I wanted to marry you." Rachel stated. "I would've went through with it."
"And now?" Finn wondered.
"I wanna marry you someday." Rachel informed him. "But for now, I just want you to move in. We can still figure it out together."
"Rachel." Finn bit his lip.
"It's not too late for us." Rachel told Finn.
"Are you sure?" Finn asked.
Rachel nodded.
Finn took a deep breath. "Okay."
"Okay?" Rachel raised her eyebrow.
"I'll move in with you." Finn decided with a smile.
Rachel jumped into Finn's arms and hugged him happily. When they parted, their eyes were still connected.
"This is gonna be great!" Rachel exclaimed excitedly as she took Finn's hand.
