"Alright, everything is set." Puck announced as he put his bag down. "All the outlets have covers and everything else is secure. Beth's not gonna electrocute herself."
"Thank you." Quinn said with a smile.
"Anytime." Puck nodded. "I'm gonna head out, I guess."
"You don't have to go." Quinn blurted. "I-I mean you can stay for a while, if you want. And spend some time with Beth."
"As long as that's cool with you." Puck replied as he sat down on Quinn's bed.
Quinn got up and grabbed Beth from her crib. She sat down on her bed next to Puck with Beth on her lap.
"I still can't believe how big she's getting." Puck stated. "You're so good with her."
Quinn shrugged. "I've had practice. You wanna hold her now that you're not all sweaty from football?
"Yeah, sure." Puck said.
Quinn put Beth in Puck's arms. She showed him how to hold Beth, and adjusted his arms and hands.
"She likes you." Quinn smiled as she looked at Beth, who wrapped her hand around Puck's index finger.
Puck smiled happily as he looked down at Beth. "She did this in the hospital. She was so tiny and she just held on to my finger with her whole hand."
Quinn looked at Puck.
Puck looked up from Beth at Quinn. "I know last year was really bad, but we did good with her. You did really good with her."
"I'm just glad I had you to help me through all of that." Quinn said softly as she moved closer to Puck.
Puck smiled and looked at her. "You were really-"
Quinn cut Puck off by kissing him.
"Amazing." Puck finished when they parted. He held Beth with one arm and cupped Quinn's cheek as he pulled her closer and kissed her.
