Surprise (Samcedes)

A/N: I never write for Samcedes but they're adorable & underrated so here we gooooo

"Ms. Jones, we have a problem."

Mercedes furrowed her eyebrow and looked at her manager. "What's the problem, John?"

"There's some crazy guy waiting outside for you. He's yelling about how he's in love with you." John responded.

"What do you want me to do about it?" Mercedes wondered.

John sighed. "Normally, I wouldn't suggest this, but I think the only way this crazy guy will leave is if you go outside and take a picture with him or maybe autograph something for him."

Mercedes bit her lip. "Alright. But I want Alfonso and Elliot outside with me in case this crazy dude tries something."

"I'll go get them." John said as he walked out of Mercedes' dressing room.

John returned shortly with Alfonso and Elliot behind him.

"We'll be right there for you." Alfonso promised as Elliot led the way out.

"Merrrrrrrrrrrcedes!"

"This dude is wack." Elliot noted.

Mercedes stepped forward so she could see the crazy guy.

"Oh my gosh!" She exclaimed.

"What?" Alfonso asked.

"That's Sam." Mercedes stated as she stepped forward again, so Sam would be able to see her. "Sam!"

Sam turned towards Mercedes and started walking away from the door he was in front of. "Mercedes!"

Alfonso and Elliot stepped in front of Sam when he got closer to Mercedes.

"Two bodyguards." Sam noted. "Impressive."

"It's okay." Mercedes told Alfonso and Elliot.

The men stepped back and Mercedes looked at Sam. "What the hell are you doing in L.A.?"

"I came here to see you." Sam smiled.

Mercedes looked at him. "How did you even know I would be here?"

"Remember when Puck texted you for your show information?" Sam asked. "I asked him to do that so I could surprise you. I figured you wouldn't get suspicious because you're both in L.A."

"Well, I'm surprised." Mercedes responded. "It's really good to see you, Sam."

"Yeah." Sam nodded. "You look beautiful. And you sang phenomenally."

"You watched the show?" Mercedes asked.

"You didn't think I would come all this way and make Puck go through that trouble for me to not even watch the show, did you?" Sam responded.

Mercedes grinned. "Sam Evans, I have missed you and all of your crazy."

"I missed you, too." Sam smiled.
