"Dalton! Go to your room! Now!" Kurt commanded.
The young brunette ran off to his room.
"Kurt, go easy on him." Blaine requested.
"I don't need to go easy on him." Kurt said as he picked up the broken glass. "You go easy on him all the time."
"What does that mean?" Blaine asked.
"It means that I'm tired of being the bad cop." Kurt stated.
Blaine raised his eyebrow and folded his arms.
Kurt rolled his eyes. "Don't give me that look."
"You think I'm the good cop and you're the bad cop?" Blaine asked.
"I don't think it, I know it." Kurt said.
"Well, I don't know what you're talking about." Blaine replied.
Kurt looked at him. "You try so hard to be his friend. You're not his friend, you're his father!"
"Oh, and you think I don't know that?" Blaine questioned Kurt. "Why do you think he comes to me with everything?"
"Because you act like a friend, not a parent." Kurt answered.
"I don't, and I really don't see the problem here." Blaine said.
"The problem is that you need to be harder on him, so I can go easier on him." Kurt explained. "I don't like having to Rachel Berry my son."
Blaine laughed lightly. "I see what this is. You want me to police him like Rachel, so you can be laid back like Finn."
"I was thinking Puck or Quinn, but Finn works." Kurt muttered.
"The way we're parenting him is working." Blaine said.
"Not for me." Kurt disagreed. "He hates me."
"He doesn't hate you." Blaine sighed and took Kurt's hands. "We have to parent him like Kurt and Blaine, not Quinn and Puck or Finn and Rachel. It'll be fine."
Kurt nodded. "Alright."
"I love you." Blaine smiled.
"I love you, too." Kurt replied as he kissed Blaine.
