They enter inside and Riddhima was shocked to see the house much different from her previous encounter.

"are aap log? Aaiye aaiye, kaise hain aap dono?" he happily welcome them.

"hanji ham log theek hain but PREM kaha hai bataiye na mujhe us se milna hai" Riddhima become excited to meet prem.

"wo andar hai apni ma k paas aaiye na" he take them inside.

"dekho jara kaun aaya hai tumse milne?" he said to her wife.

"are Dr.Riddhima aap aur Armaan ji, aaiye na" she become happy.

  "PREM!!" she excitedly pick up the small baby from bed and he smile cutely "aww BABY hows u, I michhhh u chhoooo much" she kisses his cheeks and he laugh in reponse.  

"ye dekho ye to PREM k sath busy ho gai, bahar hi khushi se uchal rahi thi ki is se milegi" Armaan laugh and went outside with Rohit (prem's father)

"Waise Dr.Riddhima bahut achha laga aaj aap yaha aai, sach me" she was happy on her arrival.

"umm, Simmiji bura na mane to ek baat puchhu?" Riddhima asked curiously.

"ha puchhiye na" she asked.

"jab mai pichali baar yaha aai thi apki delivery karne tab to yaha ki condition kuch aur thi but aaj much better, achanak?" she tried to sound normal.

  "are iska sara credit Armaanji ko jata hai, wo sach me bahut bahut achhe hain. Meri delivery k dusre din hi wo yaha aaye the kafi sari cheeje leke aur PREM k liye to pura ka pura ghar khilauno aur balloons se bhar diya tha. Bas hame hamara sab kuch wapas mil gaya aur ye sab aaplogo k aur PREM k aane k baad hua. Aaplogo ne to hamari jindagi hi badal di, apka bahut bahut shukriya." She explained Riddhima and Riddhima was more than happy to know this side of Armaan.  

"dekhiye jo apka tha wo apko hi milna tha Armaan to bas ek jariya the" Riddhima smile with teary eyes.

"aaplog sach me bahut achhe hain" she smile.

Rohit ask them to stay for the night and Armaan agree happily coz Riddhima was happy with PREM.

"ramu kaka aap guest room set kariye Armaan aur Dr.Ridhhima yahi rukenge aaj"

  "SACHH" Riddhima become happy "yayyee PREM ham apke sath rahenge aaj"  

They smile looking at Riddhima.

"but meri ek shart hai" Riddhima said atonce.

"kya" they ask.

  "yahi ki aaaplog mujhe ab Riddhima bulayenge Dr.Riddhima nahi ok" she ordered them.  

"ohh!!!, theek hai"

She was with Prem in garden when Armaan came from behind and hugs her.

"Armaan, chik, chhodo mujhe kya kar rahe ho, koi aa jayega"

"Are Prem soya nhi to mai use leke yaha aa gai"

  "hmm, to PREM enjoying with her CHACHI, yaar thoda sa mujhe v time spend karne do na apni chachi k sath" he said pinching PREM'S cheek. 

"excuse me Mr.Mallik, mai iski maasi hu ok" 

"ha to thi but ab chachi ban jao and PREM ko v yahi chahiye" he said winking at her.
