~Chris~
Lilith was walking up to me while I was just chatting with Andy and the rest of the guys on the football team. I was laughing my head off. Lilith tapped my shoulder and I just stared at her. "Lil, what's up" I asked her. "Can we talk alone" Lilith was now glaring at Andy and I just looked at both Andy and Lilith. "Yeah sure"I got up from the lunch table and followed out of the lunch room. "What's going on" I asked her. "I saw Andy punch Albany in her nose, she was bleeding" Lilith confessed to me. "Albany told me that was the first time" Lilith shook her head. "He's your best friend Chris and I may not like Albany but I wouldn't want her hurt" Lilith sighed. "That wasn't the first time" I said to Lilith. "It wasn't" Lilith questioned me and I nodded my head. "I saw him slap her once and Albany told me to let it go so I did but if he's still hurting her. I need to do something" I rubbed the back of my neck. Lilith nodded her head and we both went back our separate lunch tables. I just stared at Andy and I looked back at Albany, you could tell she was hit. I couldn't help but feel angry knowing what Andy did to Albany. What Lilith said was true, even if I'm mad at Albany, she's like my little sister. The bell rang signaling that lunch was over. Andy was standing by my locker. "Why the hell are you hurting Albany" I just said it and Andy looked at me confused. "What are you talking about" Andy answered my question with another. "I saw you slap her, I heard about you punching her. What kind of person does that to someone that they care about" I folded my arms across my shoulders. "Come on Chris, I care about Albany and I didn't mean to hit her. You know me we been best friends since forever" Andy patted my shoulder and I shook my head at him. "Albany is like my little sister and you can't hit someone who you supposedly care about" I shouted at Andy and Andy looked down at his feet. "You know what I'm done with you right now" I grabbed my books and left Andy in the middle of the hallway. I couldn't tolerate what Andy did at all and what was I supposed to do Albany is my little sister and Andy is one of my best friends but I couldn't justify what he's been doing to Albany at all. I sighed while putting my head in my hands. "Are you okay" Levi asked me and I nodded my head yes even though I had this pounding headache in my head.
It was time for practice and I was in the locker room getting ready when I felt such a pounding headache. Andy noticed and sat down next to me on the bench. "Are you okay" He asked me and I sighed. "Yeah, just have one of those major headaches that's all" I told him and got up from the bench and walked out of the locker room with Andy beside me. "You're right about Albany" Andy said to me and I raised an eyebrow up at Andy. We walked on the field and we kept passing the ball back and forth and I scored in the goal that's when I felt the world was spinning around in my head and I fell on my knees. I could hear Andy and the coach rush over to help me up. "Chris, I think it's time you head home" The Coach announced to me and I was going to argue but then I had this huge headache that was painful. "I'll take him home" Andy said to me and we got into my car. He drove me home and helped inside of my house. Andy left me on the couch. I felt my eyes closed shut and when I open my eyes. I saw my stepmom, Cora smiling at me and it was wet, cold cloth on my forehead. "What's going" I asked her. "You had an fever. Were feeling bad earlier" She asked me and I shook my head no because I was fine earlier. "The coach called me let me know what was going on" Cora said to me and I sighed. "Does dad know" I asked Cora and she shook her head. "He's at work and won't be home till later, but I will have to tell him though you know that" Cora patted my shoulder while smiling a little bit. "He won't let me play tonight at the game" I complained to Cora. "Maybe that's what best but if your fever goes down and you feel okay than I will convince your father let you play" Cora kissed my forehead before leaving alone with my thoughts. I went on the computer and I was on facebook when I saw Safire's post insulting my siblings and Grace. I could only imagine if Grace saw those comments so I had to post. Leave Grace and my siblings alone. You don't have anything to do than make fun of someone and cyberbully them.
It was hours since I had been home and my dad was watching TV. Cora came and told me that my fever was gone and that I could go to the game. This was the biggest game ever, this was possibly the game that could led us to the championships and I wasn't going to miss it even if I had to sneak out of my house but dad let me go. The whole gang was in the stands while I was getting ready for the big game. I sighed because they was going to be scouts in the stands watching, this could make me get a full scholarship to my dream school. I prayed to myself before getting out of the locker room. The Announcer said each player's name. "Give it up for the co-captain and the striker Christian Styles" Announcer shouted out in the PDA. The crowd went crazy. I high-fived everyone and just like that the game started and I passed the ball with ten seconds down, I was focused and I shot the ball from halfway across the field. As soon the whistle blew and I heard the swish. I knew I made a net and we won. I felt my teammates left me on the shoulder. My dad was smiling big and Uncle Niall was still getting hounded my people asking for autographs. As soon as my teammates put me down, I was about to enter the locker room. A guy with a jacket that said Georgetown on it handed me his card. "You were amazing out there, I would love to talk more about your future" The guy said and I smiled at him before rushing inside the locker room and that's when the headache had return. I remember screaming in pain and saw blood seeping through my nose. I was having a nosebleed. I knew the symptoms I knew it all too well. Andy sat down next to me and he was rocking me back and forth. "Get his parents" Andy shouted at Brian and rushed to get my parents from the stand. I could the boots my dad was wearing. He squatted down and he picked me up. I knew where we was going. The Hospital, my second home.
