Ch.35: Chris and Levi

I was at the field just needing to get out of the house ever since Cora and my dad were arguing. They couldn't stop placing the blame on each other. Andy and I were just kicking the ball around and silence was in the air. I know that Andy didn't know what to say in this moment because Levi was dead and my baby brother was gone. He would never be able to play his first baseball game ever. "Look, Chris I'm sorry for Levi. He was a good person" Andy said while rubbing the back of his neck and I just nodded my head. I didn't want to talk about Levi anymore. "We don't have to talk about Levi okay" I told him and that's when Andy walked straight up to me and shook his head. "No, we are going to talk about Levi because you haven't said anything about him since you found out he died and I am not going to let your emotions bottle up. What kind of friend would I be if I let you do that" Andy took me by my shoulders and urged me to sit down on the field and I did so easily. I sat down across from Andy and urged me to talk but I wasn't in the mood to do so. Andy sighed and laughed to himself. "You know Levi was a caring person. He used to beg me to stay at your house because he knew about my parents and what they did to me he was so smart" Andy commented while shaking his head and I just looked at him. "Everyone knew about your parents Andy" I pointed out to him and he just shrugged his shoulders. "It wasn't like I was trying to hide it from people" Andy told me while pulling down a sleeve and he looked around the field. "Andy" I called him and Andy looked down at his feet. "You know one day I'm leaving this town and make something out of myself and I'm going to prove my parents wrong and when I'll make it with whatever I want then they will see that they should have treated me better" Andy said harshly and was rubbing his hands together. "Yeah true" I commented to him and Andy looked at me and I sighed while looking at the clear skies. "Did I tell you that me and Levi had a fight before" I told Andy and Andy looked shocked and I couldn't blame him at all considering the simple fact is that me and Levi were the closest siblings than anyone in the world. I love my siblings and I would do anything to protect them and I would never get upset with someone ever but Levi and I were not on the same page and I used to get frustrated at him. I am impatient and everyone knows that.  "What happened" Andy asked me and I shrugged my shoulders with a sly smile. "Let's just Levi was getting on in my room" I raised an eyebrow at Andy and Andy just rolled his eyes but I knew he was shocked at the most. "No way, I don't believe you at all" Andy folded his arms across my chest while shaking his head at me. "He wasn't that innocent of a teen or anyone" I informed Andy and he just nodded his head at me. "Well tell me the story" Andy commanded me and I just smile to myself and just shaking my head remembering the night that i saw Levi and this random girl was in the house. 

I had come home from football practice, it was late and it was pouring out and thunder and lightening was outside. I always liked the rain but I didn't hear anything, I knew that Albany and Lilith were having a sleepover at Uncle Liam's place which meant I could relax. Parents went on holiday so they weren't going to be back until later this month. Andy wanted to throw a party while my parents were out but that wasn't going to happen at all. I heard noises coming from upstairs and I grabbed a bat before heading upstairs and I opened my bedroom door to see Levi's top was now on the ground and the girl was kissing his neck. "Excuse me" I said while slamming my door and Levi fell to the floor and the girl covered her shirt. "GO HOME" I shouted at the girl and she rushed out the door and I folded my arm across my chest. "What happened to you being a virgin until you are married" I said to Levi and Levi rolled his eyes before putting on his top and leaving my room. I grabbed his arm and he rolled his eyes up at me. "Where do you think you are going? We need to discuss this now"  I stated to Levi and Levi rolled his eyes at me. 'That girl liked me and you ruined it for me" Levi pushed me and I pushed him back. "So you were going to have sex, you are 16, you do not need sex. You can get a girl pregnant" I informed him and Levi glared at me. "Oh just like you did when you slept with Brooklyn and got her pregnant. What happened to the kid? Oh that's right you and Brooklyn decided to get an abortion without telling anyone" Levi yelled at me before storming to his room and I walked back to my room before stripping my bed and I felt some sort of anger bubbling over me. I heard a knock on my door and there stood Lilith. "You need to make up with Levi" Lilith told me and I just stared at her. "Aren't you supposed to be at Uncle Liam's" I asked her while I went back to my desk to do my work. "I left something but I heard the argument between you and Levi. You guys are so much like each other" Lilith left my room and I sighed before going over to Levi's room. I sat down on his bed, Levi was doing his homework. I sighed and leaned against his desk. "I'm sorry. I just don't want you to be like me. You are right me and Brook decided to get an abortion because we thought it was the right thing to do and lord knows dad and my mom would kill me if they know" I told him honestly. "You are my role model and not to mention your mistakes saves me the trouble in the long run" Levi punched my shoulder. 

"That's what happened but that fight only lasted  like an hour and we went back to brothers and everything was fine. Don't tell anyone about Brook and me okay" I told Andy and Andy just nodded but didn't say anything and I rushed to get changed and take a shower and everything.
