Ch.42: Making of a Internship

It was a miracle seeing how happy Albany was after holding Noah. I mean Noah is a cute baby to be honest. I never seen Albany ever been this happy before until she had Noah. She loves that kid like she never loved anyone before. I guess I always knew that she had a maternal instinct to be honest and I wasn't off with this topic in the slightest bit but I was in my room with Susan who was dancing like a maniac. I wonder sometimes how I could love her but Susan wasn't like everyone else. She had the big beaming smile while she was twirling around the room singing and dancing at the top of her lungs. I rolled my eyes at her but I still had a smile placed on my face. I was in the mix of designing some clothes actually in that moment. I was busy drawing designs on my computer sketchpad and that's when I felt Susan wrap her arms around my shoulders. I turned around and I just smiled at her. "That's beautiful, promise me when you become a fashion designer that i could have some of your free designs" Susan joked with me and i just couldn't help but laugh. "Yeah but you know you coming with me actually" I told her and Susan just plopped down on my bed. I heard knocking on the door and that's when my mom opened the door. "What did I say about door being open" Mom said to me and I sighed but apologized nonetheless. The door was now left open and I heard a racket and I was walking down the hall until I realized Levi's bedroom door was now opened. I saw my dad sitting on Levi's bed sighing and taking a deep breath. I just stared at my father who was shaking his head. I never had the urge or power to go into Levi's room until now. I walked in the bedroom and I sat down next to my father. I looked around the room and I smiled to myself because it was so Levi. "Are you okay" I asked my dad and dad just smiled at me while sighing. "Yeah, I just think it's time to stop pretending that this isn't Levi's room" Dad announced to me and I just nodded my head. I walked around the room and I picked up a comic book and I picked up Levi's sketchbook which had no comics and I couldn't help but smile at Levi could have been doing if he was still alive. "I'll be back" I told him before grabbing Susan and taking my car keys and drove to Mr. Thomas place. I knocked on the door and he just stared at me. "Lilith" He greeted me and I went inside of his place. "Here, my family and I are going through some of Levi's stuff and I saw you at the funeral. I thought this would be good for you to have" I told him and Mr. Thomas just stared at me while looking through the sketchbook. "I should go" I told him but he hugged me before letting me leave.  I dropped off Susan at home before going back home. I entered the house, I heard laughter and I followed the laughter. I saw Brooklyn and Chris just laughing at baby photos of one Levi. Chris waved me back into Levi's room. I sat down next to Chris. We all sat there reminiscing but this time it didn't hurt us at all. I looked around the room. My mom and dad were hugging and dad had his arms wrapped around my mother. Chris was holding onto Brooklyn. He was smiling, I turned around and there stood Levi. He had his signature hat along with glasses and he was wearing his team's uniform. He waved at me and I waved at him too. I told him I love you and he blew a kiss my way before his spirit left the room. We all left Levi's room and I walked back to my room before opening my email. I squealed and started happy dancing. Chris came into my room, I hugged him tight. "What's going on" Chris asked me and i just smiled at him. "Kimberly Mora wants me to be her intern and she's the top of the fashion designer and not only that but she creates costumes for movies and everything" I informed Chris and Chris hugged me tight. "I'm going to New York this summer" I exclaimed and Chris swung me around the room. "I'm happy for you Lilith" Chris told me and I rubbed his head, his hair was growing back pretty fast. "What about you" I asked Chris and Chris tilted his head. "I heard that Chelsea wants you or is it Dublin" I pointed out to Chris and Chris sighed. "I'm thinking Liverpool sounds pretty good to me but I want to go to University" Chris informed me and I nodded. "Well whatever team you choose, they will be lucky and I know all of us will be happy for you" I told Chris. "Ready Chris" Brooklyn came into my room, she gave me a small smile. "Yeah just give a minute" Chris commented and Brooklyn nodded before heading downstairs. "So you and Brooklyn together" I raised an eyebrow up at Chris and Chris just smiled. "Yeah I think so. We practically going to the same school" Chris told me and he was about to leave my room. "Chris, I think Brooklyn is the best choice for you. I always liked her" I told her and Chris just smiled before leaving my room. I sighed before plopping down on my bed with a grin that spread to my face. I was beyond happy over how my life was going. I walked down the stairs to see Albany was there with little Noah in her hands. Noah already began to have dark hair. He was precious and we all sat down at the table eating dinner together.
