~Chris~

I made a decision about my future. I just hope it's the right choice. I had been thinking about how I want my life especially since Levi's death. He was my younger brother and now it was up to me to live my life for two people me and him. I was beyond ecstatic to see how much Andy had changed. He was beyond happy and I knew that my best friend was going to be an excellent father. I watched my parents try to get along after Levi's death and I think what my father did to Grace changed everything for my family and me. Dad realized he had a drinking problem and Cora and dad went to therapy to get their relationship back on track and it seemed to work because now Cora and dad are laughing and getting life back on track. I was in the car driving with Brooklyn. The hood was down, her hair was flowing through the wind, she had a smile that made me feel the bubbling inside feeling. We got out of the car and we both started kicking the ball around each other. "Hey Chris" Uncle Niall greeted me and I smiled at him. "Hey Uncle Niall" I greeted him, we both sat down on the bench. "Uncle Niall, would you be upset if I don't choose Derby County or Chelsea" I asked him and Uncle Niall just shook his head. "No because that would mean you are following your own path actually" Uncle Niall patted my shoulder. "I guess you figured out which team you want to go to" Uncle Niall smiled at me and he urged me to tell him. "Liverpool" I answered to him while biting my lip and Uncle Niall just smiled a lot. "Congratulations, you picked a great team" Uncle Niall patted my shoulder once more. "Thanks you are the first person I told" I told him while I watched Brooklyn practice kicking the ball into the goal. "Uncle Niall, one day I'm going to marry that girl" I told him. "Yeah that's what I said about your Uncle Louis before we were even in high school" Uncle Niall nudged me. "Let's go get some food" Uncle Niall and me got up from the bench and Brooklyn grabbed hold of my hand. We arrived back at my house and everybody was sitting down getting ready to eat. I took my spot next to Albany and Grace. Brooklyn was sitting next to Albany chatting with her. The food was being passed around and I just looked at Lilith. She was so much happier than she was months ago. I guess a lot of things changed, I thought to myself. In a couple weeks, I will be graduating high school and move onto bigger and greater things. As I watched everyone just sitting there talking about their futures or what they are going to do for the summer. I knew now is the time to tell the people I love what I was planning on doing for my future. "Guy" I stood up from my seat. "I'm joining the Liverpool team" I announced to everyone and soon the table was filled with congratulations and I was beyond happy. "I am so proud of you" Dad told me while hugging me tight. I hugged him back. "Just you watch though, you got nothing on Chelsea" Uncle Niall joked and I laughed out loud while laughing silently. After dinner, I said goodbye to Noah who Andy was holding in his hands while Albany got the baby bag and saying goodbye to everyone. Albany stood in front of me while hugging me tight. "Thanks" She whispered to me and I just stared at her. "I know you are responsible for changing Andy and I will never be able to thank you" Albany hugged me again and I smiled. "You are a little sister to me, I just didn't want him to hurt anymore or anybody" I said to her and Albany just smiled at me. "I'm proud of you Chris. Someday, you are going to make a great father and never change who you are" Albany kissed my cheek before leaving with Andy and everyone else. I walked to my bedroom and I looked around the room. I picked a trophy from when I was six years old, it was participation award which meant the world to me when I was younger but as I got older. i was determined to be one of the best football player and I got there. I always keep these trophies, I don't know why but I do.

Next Week:

I smiled to myself while I started packing my bags because training camp was next week which meant I wouldn't be able to see Andy graduate or even Brooklyn. I made my decision. As I zipped the last of my bag, I looked at my room once more before heading the down the stairs. I hugged everyone and I stopped at my Uncle Niall who helped me. "Thank you for showing me awesome football is" I told him and Uncle Niall just pulled me into another hug. "You go out there and make a name for yourself" Uncle Niall advised me and I just nodded my head. Brooklyn hugged me tight while tears fell onto her cheek. I wiped her tears quickly but they kept coming. "I'll miss you Mr. Styles" Brooklyn whispered to me and I kissed her. "I'll miss you too Brook" I told her while I picked my bags up and I kissed my cross necklace and headed into the taxi that was going to take me to the airport. I waved bye at the family who helped shaped me into the person I am today. I was finally breaking away from my family but I was never going to forget who I am or where I am come from. Levi, Lilith, Albany, Grace, Mom, Dad, Cora, Uncle Liam, Uncle Zayn, Uncle Louis, Uncle Niall and little Noah they made a difference. I looked out the window feeling the nerves building up inside of me.
