When I finished using the bathroom I washed my hands then started walking back towards the campfire, but as i walked past the living room a picture caught my eye I turned the lamp on so i could see it better it was a photo of me and Cam in the ninth grade; my hair was in pigtails and I was smiling up at Cam who had his arm around my neck and was holding up a bag with a gold fish inside and smiling like he won the lottery

I remember that day, it was the day we went to the county fair and he played the basketball game and won the fish; he was soo proud he named the fish goldy, it died a week later note never get a fish from the county fair.

I put the picture back and turned to walk back I didn't get far before i bumped into a hard chest nearly making me fall

"Woah ma my bad"

i looked up to see jevoni

"Sorry i wasn't watching where i was going" I said taking a step back

"Nawl that was my fault-- um Alonna"

I looked up at the ceiling to keep from rolling my eyes "its Alaina" i corrected him "and i should be heading back" I said while walking past him

"Aye I'm sorry i couldn't hear you say your name the fire was cackling and so was Te"

I smiled and looked away

"Damn" he said making me look at him "what" I said starting to self conscious in just my bathing suit

"You are absolutely gorgeous but when you smile its like woah beauty hits me"

My eyes got big at his compliment, I had to take a deep breathe to keep from asking him if he was talking to me, I mean clearly he was but it was hard to believe

"Th-thanks" Way to be smooth lainy

"No need to thank me ma I give props when their due could I get your number you seem I would love to chill with you"

This was all so quick first he says I'm gorgeous now he wants my number am i being punk'd get it together Alaina he wants your number but i don't know it just give him your phone bitch

"Aye yo you good ma"

I snapped out of the conversation I was having with myself and look up at a concerned Jevoni even in dim light he looked good

I was shook out of my trance when he snapped his fingers in my face

"If you don't want to give me your number its okay but here take mine" he said while grabbing a post it and pen from the desk beside me "just text me if you ever want to talk" he handed me the sticky note and walked to the bathroom, I stood there a good two seconds before I walked back to the campfire I had the biggest smile on my face but it quickly turned to disgust when I saw Chynna all up in Cams face with her boobs one bounce away from falling out.

I sat down between kay and Sam Te was on the other side of kay i guess they might've been fussing again because Te looked aggravated.

"What I miss" I ask kay in a low voice not wanting to trigger anyone

I motioned for her to follow me so we could talk, i did not want them to start fussing again

Once  we got a good distance away from the group"what happened" I asked

Te "accidentally" bumped Sam making her fall they started arguing but i defused the bomb"

"I don't understand their beef like whats their problems I've never seen Te act this cold towards someone" no lie it was like she was a different person around Sam.
