It's been four days since the fight I had at school, Chynna doesn't dm me talking shit anymore I guess she realized I wasn't going to pay here any more attention; I have to focus on school because there's only a couple weeks left and I definitely don't want to be held back.

"Alaina Roxy is here" I hear my mom yell

"I'm coming" I yell back and get up from my bed grabbing my purse, me and Roxy are going to the mall today after being stuff in the house for almost a week in ready to go and get some fresh air.

I walk down the stairs to see Roxy sitting in the living room with my mom, "let's roll" I say walking towards the door

"Don't stay out too late because you do have school tomorrow" my mom said as I walked out the door

"Kay" I said shutting the door and walking to the passenger side of Roxys car

"You ready for tomorrow" Roxy asked as she backed out of my driveway

"Not really but school is about to be over so it doesn't really matter" I said shrugging my shoulders

"I agree, but about the Jevoni situation how you feeling"

"I'm good honestly I accept his apology because life is to short to hold grudges but I won't forget though"

"True it's forgiven but never forgotten" Roxy said nodding her head

"Yeah, i don't know if I could really get close to him because he lost my trust and that's going to be hard to get back"

For the rest of the ride we just jammed to Beyonce and Nicki Minaj, Roxy actually has great taste in music. When we pulled up to the mall we went to the food court and got a large cheese pizza

"So what about Sam" Roxy asked when we sat down

I sighed "I don't know, like I wanna thank her but I don't know how to you know" I said taking a bite out of the pizza

"Just say thanks for having my back"

"It's not that easy Rox cause I don't know if I'm ready to have that conversation with her, I'm still hurt I've known her for almost four years and she stabbed me in my back"

"I feel you but this is a new chapter in your life, remember what you said about holding grudges"

I rolled my eyes playfully because I knew she was right "yeah I'll do it one of these days"

"How about do it now"

"What" I asked looking up at her, she nodded her head to something behind me I turned around to see Sam at a table by herself; she looked lonely

"I don't know Rox"

"No backing out Alaina just thank her and that's it"

"I'll do it only if you come with me"

"Why do I have to come" she said pointing

"Just in case the talk escalates"

"I guess I'll go" she said grabbing a slice of pizza "lets go"

I smiled at her and got up with Roxy beside me, we walked over to Sams table; she had her headphones in so she didn't notice us at first

"Hey" Roxy said tapping the table

Sam looked up surprised to see us there "yeah" she said taking her headphones out
