Me: Kay I'm coming
I took a look at myself in the mirror, I was wearing a nude pencil skirt with a white crop top and gold sandals; "you look good girl" I said to my reflection smiling.
Its been a week since the hospital incident happened, Cam ended up canceling the pool party so me and him never had a chance to talk; but tonight he's taking me out so we can talk.
"You look beautiful"
I heard someone say I turned around to see my dad standing there, I walked up to him and gave him a hug
"Thanks"
"But isn't that skirt a little too short maybe you should put jeans on it's kind of cold out"
"Jacob leave her alone she looks fine" my mom said shaking her head at my dad
"Thanks guys but I have to get going Cams waiting"
"Don't be out too late and have fun" my mom said giving me a kiss on the cheek
"Make good choices" my dad said as I walked out the door
As I walked up to the car Cam got out and opened the passenger door for me
"Thanks" I said a little surprised
"Don't look like that I can be a gentleman" he said brushing his shoulders off, he looked handsome in his white button up shirt and black jeans
"You look nice" I said fixing his collar
"You too" he said as he started the car and backed out the driveway
"So where are we going" I asked looking down at my phone to see I had a message from Roxy
Roxy🦋: so how is it 👀
Me: we aren't even at the restaurant yet calm down 😂😂
"We're going to that new Italian restaurant PiaSana"
"I'm pretty sure you pronounced that wrong" I said laughing
"Mane what ever you know what I meant"

"Who is that Roxy or Te texting you" Cam asked glancing at me
"Roxy" I said playfully rolling my eyes
Roxy🦋: is it a date
Me: idk I don't think so
Roxy🦋:😏 it's a date
"What she saying" Cam asked looking at my phone
"Uh she just talking about finals and stuff"
"Oh are you ready for finals"
"No but I don't have a choice but to be ready their right around the corner" I said sighing
"I know imma need a student partner" he said smiling at me
"I already have a student partner but you can join us"
