Part 5

After the performance, they got a big applause. Then, Sam turned on some other music but at around 8pm, all the kids went to their room. I think most of them were very tired. “So what are you guys gonna do tonight?” I asked them. “They are staying here for the night.” George answered. “Ow nice.” I smiled. We went for a walk around the lake.”This place is so beautiful.” JJ said. “Yeah it is.” “And the lake. It’s so...” “JJ!” George shouted and pulled him away. We were on top of the hill and in the dark, JJ didn’t see it was kinda dangerous here to fall down the hill. This is the reason why we never come here with the kids. “Oh my God...” Jaymi sighed of relief because nothing happened. “This is the only dangerous part in the domain.” George explained. “Are you okay JJ?” I asked. “Yeah... Yeah I am. I’m fine Sarah, just erm... a little bit shocked.” “Let’s get away from here.” Josh said.

We went back to Sam’s office. He was behind his computer. “Is everything okay?” Sam asked. “We really have to do something at the hill.” George said. “What do you mean?” “JJ almost fell down the hill. It’s so dangerous there Sam. What if one of the kids go up there and maybe trips over and fall down?” “What can I do about it? This domain is not mine. I just rent it during the summer. But I will report it to the owner.” “Thanks. Ow and by the way, can we use your TV? We want to watch a movie or something. We’re not in the mood for a walk anymore.” George said. “Yeah of course.”

 “You’re okay JJ?” Jaymi asked. “Yeah yeah. Erm.. can I use the toilet?” “Sure, the door on the left.” “George, you saved his life. I mean, if you didn’t pull him away, he had fallen down the hill.” Josh said. “I just did what I had to do.”

When JJ was back from the toilet, we watched the movie Fast and The Furious 6. I guess Sam likes these movies cuz he has all of them. “Sarah, are you also staying here for the night or are you going back to your room? There’s one bed left.” Sam asked. “Erm... I don’t know.” “Stay here Sarah.” Jaymi smiled. “Fine, but let me get my pyjamas.”

I went back to my room and sneaked inside. Chloe was already asleep. I quickly took my pyjamas and went back. I didn’t want to wake her up cuz otherwise she would start to ask questions. “I’m back.” I smiled. In the mean time that I was gone, the boys were already changed into their pyjamas. “Now the bathroom is all yours.” George laughed. “Thank you.”

I quickly got changed into my pyjama. A cute little short and a top. The only free bed left, was the one next to Jaymi. “I hope none of you snores right.” “George does that sometimes.” Josh answered me. “That’s not true. I don’t snore.” “Sometimes you do George.” “That’s not.” “It is.” Josh laughed. “I don’t like you anymore.” George pouted. “Ow poor little boy.” Jaymi laughed. But then George grabbed his pillow and threw it right on Jaymi’s head. “Auwtch. Why did you have to do that.” “Your own fault.” “I wasn’t the one who said you snore, that was Josh.” Jaymi said and threw the pillow back at George. I know where this is going to end. A pillow fight. And I was right. I just hide myself away. JJ also sat on the side. It was just Josh, Jaymi and George. I guess JJ was not in the mood. I can understand that. “Guys, can we please go to sleep?” JJ asked. They immediately stopped the fight. “Sorry JJ.” “It’s fine but can we please go to bed. I’m tired.” “Yeah, you’re right.” “Oh my God, my lip is bleeding.” “Really? Sorry Josh, maybe I did that...” “Don’t worry, it’s fine. It’s no big deal.” he laughed.

 After this “fight”, we went to sleep. I fell asleep straight away. This camp is exhausting sometimes. The next morning, I woke up cuz someone was trying to get me awake. “Sorry sleepy head, but it’s time to get up.” George smiled. “Mmhh... Is everyone already awake?” “Yes, they are.”

I got up immediately. Josh and Jaymi were busy on their phones, JJ was not here. “Where’s JJ?” “In the shower.” “Ow okay, good to know.” I smiled. After JJ, I took a shower too. Then we all went for breakfast. The boys stayed until after breakfast, then they left again. They are really nice guys. I’m happy I know them now.

Before noon, George and I had rugby on the schedule. The girls didn’t like it, but the boys loved it. After noon, all the kids had cycling. I think it’s a very exhausting day for the kids. But Sam said George and I had one afternoon off. We didn’t have to do the cycling. I was happy with that. After the lunch, the kids left. George and I were the only ones who stayed here, together with Sam.

 “So, erm... it’s only you and George this afternoon?” Chloe grinned. “Stop it.” “Well, erm... while are you being lazy, we are going cycling.” “Ej, I’m not gonna be lazy, George and I have to clean up.” “Clean what up?” “The whole domain, if there is some garbage, we have to clean it up. That’s our job for today, so we are not being lazy. But erm… have fun today with cycling Chloe.” I laughed. “Not funny Sarah.”
