Hunt Family Vacation Part 3

((I'm going to be skipping ahead a few days just so these parts don't take too long to get through))

Day 8(Owen's Birthday)
Amelia's POV:
I get out of bed and let Owen sleep longer. I get the kids up and take them all downstairs along with Megan. We set up everything. I make my waffles that Owen personally loves and I get bacon cooked and make him coffee. We lay out all the stuff we have for his birthday on the table. Megan got him a Seattle Seahawks jersey, that is his favorite football. He watches every single game. Along with the kids. The kids all made him cards so we laid those out on the table too. I lay out tickets for a Seattle Seahawks game that I got him. And lastly but certainly not least, I put a picture frame down. It's not just any picture though. In the middle it's the picture of us and the kids when Owen came back still in his uniform. And then all around that picture I have a picture from the sonogram from each of our kids and then I left a spot open for the new baby obviously. After we get everything set up I hear Owen moving around upstairs. A few minutes later I hear him walking down the steps. I look at the kids and tell them to get ready. Owen gets down the steps and all the kids yell,
"Happy Birthday!" And run over to him and hug him.

Owen's POV:
"Thank you!" I smile and bend down and hug all of them back and Charlotte and Addison grab my hands and pull me over to Amelia and Megan standing in front of the table.
"Happy Birthday Owen" Amelia says to me and kisses me.
I kiss her back and smile,
"Thank you Mia"
"You're getting older big brother" Megan looks at me and says. I lightly push her and laugh,
"Not old"
Amelia and Megan move away from the table and I see everything sitting there.
"You guys..." I smile big at all the stuff. I see the cards and pick them up first reading them all and smiling.
I look at the jersey on the table and pick it up,
"This is great. Thank you Meg" I hug her and then pick up the presents from Amelia. I open up two tickets and look at her and smile,
"You are going to go to a game with me?"
She nods and kisses my cheek, "I'll do anything with you. I'm most likely going to be confused the entire time but I'll have you to help me"
We both chuckle and I pick up the last gift. I look at it and smile big. I don't even realize I started tearing up until Noah points out,
"Mommy. You made daddy cry!"
I quickly wipe off my face and look at Amelia, "Amelia this is amazing" she comes over and hugs me tightly and I smile and kiss the top of her head,
"I love it now do I smell waffles?"
"You bet you do. Made them myself"
"Your waffles?!" I walk into the kitchen and say,
"Yes!" I take them off the stove and put some on a plate for myself.
"There's bacon and coffee for you too O" Amelia says into the kitchen.
I grab my bacon and coffee and walk back in and sit down at the table.
"Oh I love these waffles"
Amelia's walks behind me and puts her hands on my shoulders,
"That's why I made them today"
We all eat breakfast and then I look at everyone,
"Are we going to the beach today?"
All the kids jump up and say yes.
"how about you guys go get your swimsuits on. If you need help me or daddy will help or Megan" Amelia says to them.
They all go upstairs and Amelia and I follow and go to our room. I grab my swim trunks and change into them. Amelia brings the suitcase on the bed and looks through it.
"You like the black bikini don't you?" She asks me.
I nod, "Yes I do like that one but you don't have to wear it Amelia"
"I want to make today a good day for you. It might be full of teasing just so you know"
I laugh and say, "Oh great can't wait. But I love your teasing most of the time" I smirk and get up and start putting on sunscreen. Amelia puts on the bikini and grabs our towels.

Amelia's POV:
After everyone is ready we head down to the beach and lay out the towels. I put down a big towel for the kids to play on then sit down beside Owen and we watch them play.
Owen looks down at my stomach and smiles, "I can't believe there is another baby in there"
I smile back at him and nod,
"I can't believe it either but it's great. Are you hoping for a boy or girl?" I ask him
He shrugs,
"I would be thrilled with either one to be honest"
I smile at him and nod "Yeah me too"
"We should get pictures here" I say to Owen.
"This would be a good place"
I get up and go over to a family next to us and say to the lady sitting in the chair,
"Would you mind taking a couple pictures for us?"
"I wouldn't mind at all" The lady gets up and I lead her over to us and tell the kids what we are doing. I had the lady my phone.
Megan says, "you guys get a picture of all of you and then I will jump in a few after"
"Sounds good" I say and pick up Derek. Owen picks up Noah and we walk towards the water more. Addison and Charlotte stand in front of us. Owen puts one arm around me holding Noah in the other and then the lady takes the picture. Then we get one of all the kids and then she takes a few of Owen and I. We take many more including ones with Megan and then I thank the girl once again and take my phone back. We lay down on the beach for a few more hours and go in the water a few times and then gets cranky.
I look at Owen,
"They are getting tired. We should probably go back up"
He nods and stands up with me.
