3~Friends

It was a week into school when I realized how boring it was

I decided to forgot about Elena or Katherine or what ever name she is and to focus on the real world without getting myself in trouble

And realizing how awkward sitting behind Ethan was

Whenever there was paper that he had to pass back to me he would give me this evil stare like wtf

I don't even know him, and from the information from Grayson I don't want to

It's just that something is different about both of them. Not that much Grayson but Ethan

Today we had to find a partner for a project for history. I looked around and saw a girl and went up to her

"Hey do you have a partner?" I asked her. "No, you can be" she said to me and I sat next to her. "Ok, the project is going to be about the history of Mystic falls" my teacher said. "Good I know a lot" I said. "Good because I know nothing" she said back

"We will start tomorrow until then you guys can relax till the bell rings" the teacher said

I was going to get my stuff and putting it in my bag when Ethan bumped into me. "Hey" I said getting up. "What?" He replied in an annoyed tone. "You bumped into me" I said. "Listen, did you ever think that maybe you were in my way?" He said stepping closer

"Uh"

"Exactly, next time don't blame people you barely know" he said and turned around to walk away. "You know it wouldn't kill you to be nice." I said to him, he stopped and turned around

"I'm not my brother, so just because you know him doesn't mean you know me. So don't bother trying to chance me" he said and walked out of the class

I decided to follow him out the classroom. My steps behind his made him turn with a huge sigh. "Yes?"

"I would like an apology"

"For what?"

"For being an asshole to me for no reason today and yesterday"

"What do I have to apologize for? From what I remember, you were following my around like a psychotic puppy and would stop until I told you to. Honestly I was just standing my ground"

I cross my arms in pure disgustance and annoyance

"Oh and by the way I'm gonna need you to stop talking to my brother"

"And why would I do that?" "Because I don't need him hanging around psycho girl who thinks the world owes them favors"

He walks away and I turn around feeling annoyed

I see a group of kids hanging around a locker

One of the boys tries to grab a stack of papers from the girls hands but she bats them away

"No Kevin stop it"

"You can't I help you hand them out?" "Because you won't get it done"

The boy looked shocked and looked to the other boy next to him "De tell her I'll get it done" he folds him arms and looks at the girl as he waits for his friend to talk

"Brie Kev will get it done" "thank you" "if you give him 5 years to figure out how to read to the damn thing"

The kid hits his friends in the chest with his elbow and his friend laughs

All of a sudden the girl jumps in front of me

"Hey, I hear you're new to this school welcome. Here's an invitation to our dance this weekend?" She said

"Dance?" I said. "Yep, you know where everyone come to the school and they dance and eat, drink and party!" She said. "Oh, right, yeah" I said and looked down at the invite

"Hi, I'm Brie" she put her hand out. "I'm Isabella" I shook her hand

"Right well I can't wait to see you there. Now if you excuse me I have more invites to pass out" she said and left. I could still hear her yelling down the halls

"Hey I was looking all over for you" I heard someone say, I looked up and it was Grayson. "Hey" i said. "So you got Brie's invite"

I nodded "she can be a little-" "crazy?" I cut him off. "Energetic Yeah" he laughed. "But I've known her my whole life and she has an amazing spirit" he said.

"Hey I saw Ethan, he doesn't like me so much does he?" I asked him. "He doesn't like anyone to much"

"Why?" I asked. "Um anger issues, they've gotten better over the years but he's still kinda getting used to" he said. I nodded along

I went home when the day ended. I went to my room and went to my top shelf in my closet and sat on my bed and looked at the picture again. There is just something about it. I had to look into it more later

That Friday, the day before the dance things got kind of weird
I was walking home from school and I got the feeling I was being watched. I was just not comfortable

When I got home I saw a note on my bed in my room and it read "Did you really think you could hind your whole life? Well we'll see about that love. Sincerely Klaus"

WHAT?!? How did he even get into my house, he's a vampire. One of the original vampires ,his family was the first ever made with magic, not just that, he's a hybrid, the FIRST and original hybrid. A vampire and werewolf. He's powerful and looking for me. I could tell my father this but I can't just leave this town and go to another one instead. I'm tired of running. If he wants me he's going to have to come and get me

During my full on panic attack I get a text

Unknown- hey

Wtf

Bella- um hi?
Bella- who is this?

Unknown- it's Grayson
Unknown- Sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I found your number so I decided to text you

Bella- and how did you get my number? I've been at school for a day...

Grayson- word gets around fast here

Bella- uh ok

Grayson- anyways I was wondering if you wanted to hang out tomorrow? We are all hanging out before the dance. Getting extra work done before we get ready

Bella- sure

Grayson- great. I'll send you the address
