45~Remembered

I am determined to get my memories back

I've been trying to for the past two days

I haven't spoken to Ethan since that night and the thought of him being sad cuts me deep

I've just been in my room doing nothing

I try to look at photos on my night stand to help me but I was interrupted by noises coming from downstairs

I walk next to my door and concentrated on the sounds I heard

"They're no where to be found" "Do you have any idea of where they would be?" "They said that he was in New Jersey so they have to be there looking for him" "if it'll help my daughter we need to try. Did you get it?" "Yeah. If this is where Alex is they shouldn't be far behind"

Someone can help me

I walk downstairs and they both look at me instantly "Bella" "morning dad"

I walk to the kitchen and I see Olivia hand my dad a piece of paper then look at me "see you at school?" "Yeah"

She leaves and he goes into his room

"So what do you have planned for today?" I walk to his room and lean on the doorway

"Well I have a meeting at work for this big promotion which would make really good money" I see him take the paper and put it in the pocket of his blazer. I run up to him and help him put it on "thanks" he says and I smile at him "no problem"

"Now are you sure you can go to school today?" "Yeah. Olivia and Brie said they would tell me everything I would need to know" he walked over to the door and it was just enough time for me to grab the paper from his pocket while he walked past me "ok have a nice day sweetie" "you too. Good luck!"

As he left I open the folded piece of paper

Long Valley, New Jersey

At school I didn't see Ethan which made me disappointed, but someone I did see was Grayson

I walked over to him and I could tell that he felt awkward

"Hi" "hey" "we uh haven't talked, like ever" "yeah I've um just been busy" he says "busy avoiding me?"

"No no busy with...stuff"

"Look I know this couldn't be a worse time to ask for a favor but please hear me out, when Ethan and I were out he told me that you guys had family in New Jersey"

"Yeah and" "I need to go there"

"What why?" "I overheard my dad and Olivia talking about the man who did this to me and that he might be able to help me" "help you? Like get your memories back?" "Maybe I don't know. Will you please do this for me?"

"Of course. When do you plan on going?" "As soon as possible"

Ethan's POV

I've been siting at home waiting for Grayson to come back from school, it's not fun sitting in a house with only James and Jenny...they are SO boring and plus Jenny won't even talk to me which means me and James can't talk

I didn't go to school because I didn't want to see Isabella, I didn't want her to see me and try to talk because I can't do that right now

Counting today I've missed almost 2 full weeks of school

But I've been stopping by every once in a while to compel my teachers to mark me present before school

It seems extra but it beats sitting in a classroom full of people you hate
