29~Feelings Suck

Ethan's POV

I sit on the couch as loud music blasts into my ears

Jackie is drinking and dancing and after 20 minutes and flops down next to me

"Wanna dance?" She asks. She's been here secretly for two days. I compel her to forget everything when she leaves and when she's around other people, however when's she's here and with me she knows everything and isn't afraid. "No"

"Why are you so gloomy all the time? I mean seriously, what's your deal?" She asks me "I'm in love with a girl I can't have" I confess

After spending time with her I started to feel things

Things that I didn't want to reach the surface since the first time I saw her

But now they're back...and it sucks

"Wow. Must suck" she gets up and grabs another drink

"Why don't you just talk to her?" She asks "there no need too. I would just be wasting my time"

I take a sip from a bottle I had in my hands "maybe not. Besides if she don't like you, she's missing out"

I run up to her and we make out

Isabella's POV

I pick up my phone and and look for Ethan's number in my contacts

I press his name and the phone rings twice before I hear him say "yes?"

"Hey look I think I know the answer to this but could you come over and help my bake pies for the bake sale tomorrow. Brie was gonna help me but she bailed and left me with 400 pies worth of ingredients. So if you don't mind-"

"sure" "what?"

"I said sure. I'll be there in 10" "oh ok" the call ended

I was a bit shocked that he actually agreed but I didn't worry about it too much

Brie's POV

I knock on Olivia's door

"Hey Brie what's up?" She asks "um I need your help" I say she looks at me confused and steps outside

"What is it?" "Ok I'm about to tell you but you have to PROMISE you won't tell Isabella" she nods "I promise. What's going on?"

"I have feelings for Grayson"

"What?" "Ok but in my defense I had feelings for him for awhile so it's not like it's new to me. But since I became a vampire everything high-end and"

"You're feelings grew stronger" "like WAY stronger"

"About how strong are we talkin?"

"So strong that it literally breaks my heart every time I see him with Bella and while his away with James I feel like half of my heart is gone"

She stayed silent for awhile "yeah...that's bad"

"Yeah I know. I'm supposed to be helping her with the bake sale but I can't see her when I feel this way. So like do you have any spells that could lower it?"

"I don't think so...I mean I can try to help the pain lower but I can't take it away completely"

I sigh and she ask me "Can I ask you something?" I nod "how long?"

"Well, we're in 2018 so about, I donno, 5 years"

She looked at me shocked "that long! And you did nothing about it?" "I couldn't. He didn't and doesn't feel the same way. I've been in the epic friend zone since I was 12"
