The rest of the week went by in a blur. Mom made me an appointment with the woman who delivered Gavin, Nolan and Ethan, and we found out I'm due around September 21.
"How are you feeling?" Nolan asked me anxiously.
"I've been better. But you need to stop worrying." I told him. I was sitting on our bed with Izzy and Nolan was pacing nervously.
"Reagan! When you have the baby, can I name it?" She asked excitedly.
"Ummm. . .maybe, but Nolan and I have to like the name as well." I said, playing with her brown, wavy hair. I have no idea who she got her hair from, but I want it.
"Okay...how about Justin?" She asked and I groaned.
"Please tell me you aren't thinking of Justin Bieber." I do like his music, but I really don't want to name my baby after him.
"...no." she said, looking down.
"Mmhmm that's what I thought." I said and she yawned. I looked at the clock and saw it was past her bedtime. "Alright, It's time for bed, sleepyhead." I said.
"I'm not...tired." she said, rubbing her eyes. Nolan chuckled and lifted her up.
"Want me to read you a book?" He asked and she nodded. He carried her out of our room and I followed suit. When I got to her room, Nolan was sitting on her bed and Izzy was picking out a book. "C'mere wifey." Nolan said, patting the space beside him. I giggled and sat down, snuggling into his side.
"I picked one!" She said, running over to Nolan and climbing onto his lap. He started reading and I leaned back, drifting in and out of sleep, I was vaguely aware of Nolan carrying me back to our room.

The next morning I awoke to my alarm clock and groaned, feeling awful.
"Nolan?" I whimpered.
"What's wrong?" He asked groggily.
"Can you take Izzy to school for me?" I asked.
"How are you feeling?" He asked, brushing my hair out of my eyes.
"I don't want to move." I whined.
"I'll call my mom to stay with you." He said.
"But aren't you coming back?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows together.
"I have an interview." He said, sounding excited. I was still in the same position, so I couldn't see him.
"You're leaving me?" I asked, my chin was quivering.
"Are you crying?" He asked, walking around to that he was kneeling in front of me.
"No." I sniffled.
"I'm going to be back in a few hours, and I'm going to find someone to stay with you." He said. I nodded, not wanting to talk because it took too much effort.

"How are you feeling, sweetie?" Mom asked, coming into my room
"Terrible." I said. The only difference in my position was that I was curled up in a ball.
"I know how you feel. When I was pregnant with Gavin, there were days where I couldn't even get out of bed.
"Whoever named it 'morning sickness' lied through their teeth." I grumbled.
"I know what you mean." Mom said sympathetically.
"Does it ever let up?"
"Every pregnancy is different. With Ethan and Nolan I was barely sick, it was worse with Nolan than Ethan, but that was probably because I already had two small children when Ethan came along. Gavin was definately the worst, I was so sick with him." She said and I moaned.
"This sucks."
"I know, but it should let up a little by the 12th week."
"But that's still 3 weeks away." I whined.
"Just try and sleep, it'll help."
"I hope so." I said, closing my eyes and falling asleep.
****
"...are you sure she's okay?" I heard Nolan ask someone.
"Relax, Nolan. It's just really bad morning sickness" mom said reassuringly.
"Was it this bad for you?"
"With Gavin, yes."
"Nolan?" I asked groggily. "When did you get home?"
"Twoish hours ago. You were pretty out of it." He said sitting next to me on the bed. "How are you feeling?"
"Better, but I still don't feel terrific." I mumbled, turning over and smuggling into his side.
"I'm sorry, Reagan." Nolan said, burying his face into my hair.
"I'm gonna go." Mom said, semi-awkwardly, slipping out the door and letting herself out.
"S'ok. Not your fault." I yawned.
"Tired?" He chuckled.
"Yeah..I feel so drained. Where's Izzy?"
"She's with Gavin and Alexis. They took her to a movie."
"Did she do her homework?" I yawned again.
"Its Friday, Reg."
"Oh yeah."
"Go to sleep." He chuckled when I kept nodding off."
"You aren't leaving again, are you?" I asked, for some reason, I was terrified that he was going to leave me for good, and I was going to be stuck raising our baby alone.
"Nope, I'll be here when you wake up." He said, kissing the top of my head as my eyes fluttered closed
