“Have a safe flight.” I told Nolan, kissing him on the cheek.
“I will.”
“Promise me something.” I said, hugging him around the middle.
“Anything.”
“Don’t crash on a tropical island and then get attacked by a polar bear. I assure you it won’t turn out well.”
“You’ve been watching too much TV.” He chuckled, kissing the top of my forehead.
“I’m completely serious.”
He chuckled lightly. “I promise I won’t crash on a tropical island and then get attacked by a polar bear.”
“Remember to skype me when you get to the house.”
“I will, don’t worry.” He said, picking up his suitcase and walking out the door, followed by Ethan.
“Well now that they’re gone, time to get to the fun stuff!” Mom grinned.
“Finally.” Alexis sighed.
“I hope he doesn’t crash.” I sighed, staring at the wall.
“You have been watching way too much ‘Lost’” Savannah said. “They aren’t gonna crash.”
“It happened on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ too.”
“Well you should be glad Nolan isn’t in either of those shows.” Payton said.
“You and Alexis go sit down.” Mom said. “We’ll get all the yummy stuff.”
“What yummy stuff are we talking about?” I asked, intrigued.
“Ice cream, chocolate, stuff like that.” Mom replied.
“Good…I need sweets. Nolan has gone psycho, he won’t let me eat anything yummy.” I pouted. “He’s on a health binge. It’s really annoying.”

I was awoken to the sound of a phone ringing. I scrambled out of my blankets and grabbed my phone, answering it without looking at the caller I.D.
“Hello?” I asked groggily.
A voice chuckled from the other end. “Did I wake you?”
“Nolan.” I breathed. “You landed? Where are you?”
“I’m alright. We just got to the hotel, but I wanted to call you before I went to sleep.”
“You tired?” I yawned, looking out the window; it was pitch back outside.
“Extremely. I’ll call you before I leave tomorrow to look at the house.”
“Alright, well I’ve gotta go to bed. Ethan just fell asleep.”
I pulled the phone away from my ear and stared at it in confusion before putting it back to my ear. “What’s wrong with that?”
“He’s leaning against the doorframe, and he’s a really heavy sleeper, so I gotta go. Night, I love you.”
“Love you too.” I said, hanging up the phone and crawling back under the covers, falling asleep immediately.
*
“DID YOU SEE THAT?! HE’S ALIVE! I KNEW IT GUYS!” I shouted, slapping Payton’s arm as we watched ‘Lost’.
“I see it! I see it! Stop hitting me!” Payton shrieked, scooting away from me.
“Sorry…but did you see that! I TOLD you guys, and you didn’t believe me!”
“Well he got shot in the gut and pushed into a ditch.” Alexis said.
“Yeah, well I was right.” I grinned smugly.
“Whoop de doo.” Savannah muttered.
“Aww don’t be bitter, Sav.” I cooed, pinching her cheeks.
“Don’t touch me.” She grumbled and I laughed. She and I were arguing whether or not Locke would die. She was adamant that he was going to, while I kept contradicting her. She hates being wrong, so she was sulking.
“Aww come on.” I said and my phone rang.
“Hello?” I answered.
“You sound a lot more awake.”
“Nolan!” I cried, a huge grin stretching across my face. “Are you going to the house?”
“We just pulled into the driveway.”
“Ooh! Is it nice?” I asked, sitting in one of the chairs at the kitchen table.
“It’s amazing. You’d love it.” He sighed, “Pull up skype.”
“Kay. See you in a few.” I said, hanging up the phone and walking to the computer.
“They’re at the house?” Mom said, walking over to me.
“Yeah.” I said, pulling up Skype and logging in.
“Hey!” Nolan greeted me.
“Let me see!”
“Fine.” He laughed, turning his phone around.
“It’s so pretty!” I gasped at the cobblestone pathway.
“I think the inside will be even better.” He said, turning the phone back to face him and grinning at me. “Shall we look?” He asked and I nodded, eager to see the inside of the house

Hey guys. I’m super duper sorry for lack of uploads these past few weeks. I’m on thanksgiving break, so I’m off all next week.
This book is almost over, I predict about five-ish chapters left. I’ve already started the next book, which isn’t going to be apart of this series, it’s going to be in the POV of one of their children (I have about eight or so chapters written.) So yeah. Vote and comment, please =D
