Thomas' POV
-----------------------------------------------------------

"Alex, sweety, the storm is over. You can wake up now," I said to Alex, shaking him gently. A storm had blown through, causing a pretty bad panic attack, and then he had fallen asleep. He slowly woke up and sat up to kiss me.
"Thanks for staying with me," he said, letting go of the kiss, "the attacks seem like they've gotten worse ever since john-" his voice trailed off as his eyes became glassy with tears.
"I wouldn't have even thought of leaving you," I said, resting my chin on his head, "you're always safe with me." We sat on his bed for a while in comfortable silence, enjoying each others company.
"It's Friday, so we could do something fun," I said, stretching my hand out to help him off the bed.
"Like what?" He said, heading to the bathroom.
"Why don't we go to the park with the sisters, herc, and laf?"
He nodded excitedly then rushed off to get ready. "We'll all meet in the courtyard in an hour." I texted everyone to meet us then left Alex's dorm to get myself ready.

Laf's POV
-----------------------------------------------------------

"We always get here before everyone else," I complained as I sat down on a bench in the courtyard, "why'd we have to get here so early? They won't be here for another half hour."
"Laf," said herc to me, starting to blush, "I have to get something off my chest."
"If that thing is that hoodie your wearing, we should go back to the dorm," I said with a smirk.
Herc giggled and gently nudged me. "Laf, I, I-"
"Spit it out already," I said, the anticipation killing me.
"I like to sew." Herc looked down embarrassedly and I almost fell over laughing.
"I knew that, Mon Cher. I've seen the extra sewing needles and fabric in your dorm and the fashion magazines  you try to hide."
"You, you don't think its stupid?" Said Herc, looking up at me.
"I think it's adorable," I gushed, pecking him on the lips. I looked behind his shoulder to see everyone else making their way towards us.

Alex's POV
-----------------------------------------------------------

"You guys are sickeningly cute," I say, the rest of the group and I walking up to Laf and Herc.
"Don't speak so fast," chimed in Eliza, "you and Thomas will be acting the same way by the time we make it to the park." Peggy made a vomiting gesture and all of us laughed, happy to be around each other.
"Why don't we get going," said Angie, looking excited, "I brought bread to feed the ducks." She held up a plastic bag, a smirk appearing on her face.
"You know I hate that," I groaned to Angie, "they always try to attack me!"
"Don't worry babe," said Thomas, wrapping his arms around me and kissing the top of my head, "I'll protect you."
"Told you," said Eliza, pointing at us as Peggy made the same gesture again, "there's the same sickening cuteness."
We all laughed and began to walk to the park. Finally we reached the park, surprised to find the playground empty.
"I call swings!" Said all of the sisters at once, and began to race each other to the two swings.
The rest of us sat down at a bench and watched as Angie lifted Peggy away from the swings and set her down on the other side of the playground. Eliza hugged her swing tightly, laughing at her sisters. Finally, Angie began to push Peggy on the swing, a defeated look on her face.
"It's almost like we're babysitting," said Herc with a chuckle. Thomas' phone buzzed and he picked it up to check it.
"Hey, I have to go," said Thomas, a confused look on his face, "James wants to meet me at my dorm. He said it was important. I'll see you later."
I kissed him goodbye and he began to walk away. "I'll come by your dorm when I'm back, okay?" He held up his thumb and continued to walk. I sat back and enjoyed the sunset, surrounded by great friends.

Thomas' POV
-----------------------------------------------------------

"James, what's wrong?" I said, reaching the door of my dorm.
"Let's go inside," he said, looking at the floor, "I need to tell you something. I went inside closely followed by James, not bothering to lock the door. I sat down on my chair and nodded for him to tell me.
     "Thomas, I like you."
"James, I like you too, but-"
"No," he said, sounding more eager, "I like you as more than a friend. I love you."
"James, I have a boyfriend," I said, standing and slowly backing up. James followed, keeping the same distance between us.
"Do you really care that much about alex?" He said, laughing cruelly.
"Of course I do," I protested. My back was now against the wall.
He suddenly ceased my wrists, pinning me to the wall. "How about now?" He said, a cruel smile dancing across his lips.
"James, what is this?" I said, growing more nervous. I tried to break free, but he was too strong. All I could do was anticipate his next move.

Great cliffhanger, am I right? Muahaha! I'll probably update again tomorrow, so don't worry. Also I started a lams book, so check it out if you like that ship. K bye!
