Sorry there hasn't been an actual update in so long, but here you go! Btw I think James and Maria would be great friends so fightme. I should also say that Peggy is pan, trust me it's relevant.

James' POV

     I woke up slightly disoriented and congested, which was weird considering I should've taken my allergy medicine before- wait. Why the fuck am I in Burr's dorm? And why am I laying on him- oh, right. I sat up quietly, attempting to be quiet, figuring Aaron was still asleep.
     "Morning, sunshine." I jumped off the couch, startled, sending me into a coughing fit. Aaron quickly helped me up and patted my back. "oh, shit, I'm sorry James I was just trying to b cute and charming and fucked everything up. Oh my gods do you need your inhaler. Please don't die we jut got finished our first date."
     "Fine," I choked out before managing to stop coughing, "I'm fine. Thanks for letting me stay the night."
     "No problem, you're cute when you sleep. So what do you want to-" Aaron was interrupted by my phone's ring tone. I picked it up to see Maria's contact, BFF <3. I mumbled a quick apology before answering the phone and saying hi to Maria.
     "So, I heard you and Aaron are a thing now," she said smugly from the other line, "you guys should come on a double date with Eliza and I this Friday."
     "What?" u said into the phone, "First of all, how the fuck do you already know about Aaron and I, and second, Aaron and I already have a double Dat planned with Alex and Thomas. We're going to a pride parade."
     "Well, I know because Peggy is both nosy and a huge gossip, and Eliza and I can come with you guys! Peggy will probably want to come too, but it'll be fun!"
      "Okay, sounds like a plan," I said happily into the phone before saying goodbye and hanging up. I looked over at Aaron, who looked like he was trying to fix his shirt.
     "oh, you're off the phone," he said, laughing nervously, "sorry, I was just trying to look okay for you. I look a mess right now, and-"

     "shhh, you look beautiful."

     "Thanks."
