Chapter 37

Cry POV

"Hey Jessica, right? Anyway, Y/N is awake." I say smiling. 

"SERIOUSLY?!" She screams.

"Yeah, get your butt over here." 

"Ok. I'm on my way." The phone line then goes dead. I can't even express how I feel right now. I-I just cant believe she FINALLY back. I actually think I'm in shock, that it hasn't really hit me. I turn around to see Russ, holding a coffee, Nick and Snake trailing behind him. Ken and Minx went to McDonald's...in a town 30 minutes away. Nick, and Snake laugh at something Russ says then Russ stops walking and looks at me, as does snake.

"Is she awake?" Nick asks. Stopping in front of me as well. I smile. And nod my head. Russ walks past Nick and sets down the coffee on the table behind me, and hugs me. Only then does it hit me, the women that I love, is safe, is alive, is truly herself again. There, in the arms of Russ, I cry. Not sad tears, but purely happy tears. It feels like a void in my heart has been filled. I feel more arms wrap around me. 

I raise my head and sniffle. 

"You are a mess dude." Nick says.

"Well his girlfriend is awake, and it looks like it just hit him." Snake says. 

"Why arent you inside with her?" Nick asks.

"The doctors are just running some tests and stuff like that. I'll be able to see her in a hour."

"Congrats dude." Russ says, slapping my back, a little to hard.

"Ow." I say smiling. 

When her eyes opened, she looked just as beautiful as she did before everything. She looked alive, which was all I could hope for. 

"Now all you gotta do is marry her." Nick says.

"We've only known each other for 3 months."

"So?! You love her right?"

"Really...did I not just cry into Russ's shirt." I mean...of course I love her. She means the world to me. She...she is my guardian angel. She pulled me out of my sadden state and made me feel like a freaking king. She makes smile even when I REALLY dont want to. She, is my everything. I love her so so so much. So I mean...I kinda wanna wait a little while longer before marrying her.

"Nick, shut up." Snake says. 

"Where is she?" A breathless Jessica says. Her hair all over the place.

"Shes in there, but how about we get you cleaned up first before yous ee her. We cant see her for a hour anyway. The doctors are running some tests." I say guiding her towards the bathrooms.

"Ok, ok. I rushed over here so fast." She says.

"I know."

"Do you have a hair brush?"

"Uh...yeah, its in my back pack. Give me a sec." I run back to where i was previously sitting and unzip my bag. In it was several essential items, ear plugs, tooth brush, and a hairbrush. I take the brush out and walk back over to her. 

"Here you go." I say handing it to her.

"Your voice is awesome." She says.

"Ha thank you. I'll leave you to get cleaned up ok?" I say. She nods her head and walks into the girls bathroom. I turn and walk back to Russ, Nick and Snake. She seems really nice.

"Who is that cutie?" Russ asks.

"Y/N's best friend."

"Well shes super cute. I'll have to get her number." 

"Good luck with that." I say smiling.
