Adam's POV
I laughed as I slapped Matt across the back.

"I missed talking to you Mattyboi." I say with a chuckle.

Matt chuckled as well.
"Same here. But to be honest, I hope you aren't throwing that one girl under the bus."

"Who? You mean, Lucy?" I asked.

Matt nodded. "Yeah. What is it with you two anyways?"

"She didn't tell you? We're married."

"Congrats. Even though it's a bit late to say that, but congratulations anyway!"

I chuckled again. "Thanks."

Just then Matt frowned.

"What's wrong now?"

"Did you see how Lucy looked at us when she left?"

Matt's POV
"What about her?" Adam asked.

I sighed. "Adam, get your head out of the gutter! I love talking to you again, but you better not be replacing me for Lucy."

"Matt when you say it like that it sounds kind of awkward. Besides you and I are just good buds."

"You don't get it do you? Lucy's hurt. I know she is."

Adam looked at me then at the ground. He seemed to be collecting his thoughts. Just then he looked at me again but this time I knew something had clicked.

"Oh my gosh!" he exclaimed. "What have I done? I just abandoned Lucy in there with Congress! I have to do something!"

Adam got up and so did I. "Let me help!"

"Matt, this is something I gotta do alone."

"But don't you miss having it back like we did? When we were putting bad guys in jail cells together?"

Adam nodded slightly. And I grinned.

"Alright. You can come. But we need a plan. People still think I'm dead. Remember?"

Adam and I put our heads together. Then I perked up. "I think I have an idea."
