Lucy's POV
"OK." Lily said. "So let me get this straight. What I'm hearing is that dad-" she pointed to Flames. "-is not dead. And you're him. Right?"

"Yeah. I know, it's cheeky. Trust me, I was scared to think it at first too. But it really is him." I said.

"Alright. I'll believe you. It's just... I don't know what the entire kingdom will think if they see dad here. Alive."

I looked at Adam and he frowned. Something was wrong.

Adam's POV
"Um, I actually have something to say." I said.

Both of my family members looked at me.

"Yes? What is it?" Lucy asked.

"I, um... I don't think I can go back with you guys."

Lily and Lucy looked at each other then back at me.

"Why not? I think people would be surprised to see you." Lucy said.

"Well, to be honest, I think Lily has a point. Even though I know she was trying to joke around. Besides, people take and see things differently." I explained.

Lucy shrugged. "True. But what are you gonna do? I can't just leave you here. Not here. Not now."

"You know, you could just sneak in at night and come to visit..." Lily said.

"Lily, that's a great idea!" I exclaimed.

"Well, I try."

"But how will you get in? It's not like you can just waltz right in the front door." Lucy said.

"True. Maybe I could sneak through your bedroom window. Just remember to keep it unlocked. And I'll have to remember to leave when morning comes."

"Of course." Lucy said.

"Then it's settled. Now we better head off. Come on mom."

Lily began to walk off.

"Hey, aren't you forgetting something?" I asked, grinning.

Lily stopped and turned around. "Um, I don't know. Am I?"

"What do you think?"

At first Lily looked at me as if I was crazy. After a while she smiled and walked up to me. She gave me a hug and I hugged her back.

"You know, I missed you. Right?" she asked.

I chuckled. "Duh. It's pretty obvious. Well, sorta."

Lily punched me in the arm.

"Ow! I was kidding!"

"Sorry. I couldn't help it. Anyway, I'm gonna head out now. And don't worry I won't tell anyone about this."

"Thanks Lily. I'll see you soon."

Once Lily left it was just me and Lucy.

"Um, so I guess I'll see you tonight."

"Yeah..."

Lucy turned as if she was about to leave, but then she too punched me. "That's for drugging me." she said.

"Seriously? You too?" I sighed and rubbed my arm. It was beginning to ache.

Just then I felt myself getting pulled in. Then Lucy kisses me. I just went with it. "That's for... everything else."

I was speechless. Smiling, and blushing but speechless.

"You should get going now..."

Lucy nodded then she ran off. I crossed my arms on my chest and stood, smiling.
