"Good morning, class. Today we have a new student who will be joining us. I'd like you all to welcome Azamuku. She just transferred here from Kumogakure, I expect you all to welcome her with respect." Iruka said. Out the corner of my eye, I saw Sakura's head turn towards the new student.
"Hey. She looks kinda pretty. What do you think of her, Naruto?" She asked. "She's alright, I guess." He said. Azamuku made her way to the very back of the stands and as she walked by me, I had a feeling I've never felt before. It was similar to fear but also had a mixture of curiosity. My head followed her as she walked by and for a slight second, she glanced back at me from the corner of her eye.
Her hair was a blend of sea green and soft blue shades while her eyes were a soft lavender. She was a unique character, indeed. Nothing of my concern. She's not who I'm after. "Alright. And now I will put you into your teams. Since we have an extra student, one team will have four members." Iruka said.
I glanced at Sakura and Naruto beside me, both seeming eager for a certain team. I folded my hands in front of my face and rested my lips against my index fingers as the teams were read off. "Team Seven. You will consist of Sakura." Iruka began. "Naruto." He said next. I watched as Sakura dropped to her seat. "Sasuke." He said as Naruto dropped to his and Sakura jumped up. "And Azamuku." He finished.
"What!?" They both exclaimed. "Ah come on! Why do we gotta have 4 people!? It's bad enough you put me with Sasuke!" Naruto shouted. "Quiet down, dunce." I grumbled. Iruka went on to explaining why the teams were set up as they are and within my peripheral, I saw blue and green hair sit next to me.
"Seat's taken." I said, flatly. She ducked her head down and kept quiet, scooting away a bit. Great. I have an obnoxious idiot, a fan girl, and a shy child. This team is hopeless if it weren't for me.
Alright. So a little bit of noting here. It's been YEARS since I've done a fanfiction of any type. I'm hoping that The more I write, the better I get. I know no one does Naruto anymore but I'm still loving it. Stay tuned for more!
