The Truth

How time flew so fast as Monday was already here again. The soulless SinB had just arrived and was walking down the hallway. As she put her belongings inside her locker, she decided to go to her classroom. When she was taking out her notebook from her bag, she saw Jungkook went to his old friend.

"Hey, Sujeong. I need you to come with me." Jungkook stood by his friend who was sitting down with the others by their locker. "Um... okay." answered Sujeong who then stood up and apologised to her friends. Both of them walked next to each other, fast. But Sujeong seemed to be in trouble catching up with him. It was natural for Sujeong and SinB to not greet each other since they're not close, but it was really bizarre for Jungkook to just passed by her like that.

SinB's POV

Wow, Jungkook seemed tense. He looks crankier than my cat, wondered what has got into him tho. Huh, whatever it is I hope he'll never know what happened yesterday... and really? Did yesterday actually happened? Gosh, I still can't believe myself! How could someone do this? Aish. Whoever this person is, I need to find them.

As she talked to herself, she opened the classroom door. She quickly took her seat and wrote down her feelings in her notebook. Oh, SinB... how could you be so naive? You really just made yourself worse by thinking of it. Now, how are we gonna solve-

"SinB-ya."

Heard her name being called, she stopped babbled to herself and put the pen down. She looked at the person who was by the door, it was Jungkook. "Come with me." he said coldly, as he let go of his hand that clenched to the doorknob. He left first, walking fast. SinB got up from her seat and rushed so she didn't missed his step. He led her to an empty classroom, literally. Sujeong who were with him before were also there with her sister. SinB walked in and Jungkook closed the door behind her. He then walked to the teacher's table, prepared a seat for SinB right in front of him, then sat on the table.

"Have a seat." he said coldly but with a gesture. SinB slowly walked to the chair and sat down right in front of him. Jungkook pulled out his phone from his pocket and busily swiped the screen rapidly. After a few seconds, he stopped and threw his phone right in front of her.

"Look at that." SinB who was surprised from his manner, especially when he just slammed his phone like that, took the phone and looked at it.

It was the screenshot of the things "she" said to her friends from yesterday.

"Are you for real? You really just told your friends I'm your boyfriend?" Jungkook asked in disbelief.

"Jungkook, I- I'm sorry, but it-"

"Sorry isn't gonna be enough, SinB." he said, pissed.

SinB was froze. She didn't know what to say or do. She was unsure to tell the truth, as if someone forbid her even tho it's already on the tip of her tongue. Her ears went red and she turned pale.

"Sorry... I'm sorry, Jungkook." she weakly said to the boy who was raged. He suddenly chuckled. "Sujeong, tell her." he turned back and walked to the Sujeong's siter. Sujeong went to stood next to SinB.

"SinB, I know you like him. I know about your confession and everything so far. And I know how it feels like, to have a crush and adore them... but this isn't the way to get them. I understand but you need to realise this." Sujeong explained as she gently put her hand on hers. Sujeong then looked at Jungkook, gave him a signal that she had done talking and went back to her sister.

"You get it now?" Jungkook asked her with a serious look. SinB quietly nodded. "Good, now you may leave." SinB did as she's told and left the room without looking back.

Jungkook's POV

What a great Sunday... I should reboot 'Metal Gear' now. Where's my laptop? Laptop, laptop, laptop... ah! There you are. Okay, let's do thi- hm, someone texted me. It's from Moonbin!

*texting with Moonbin*

Moonbin: hey, bro

Jungkook: heyyy broo wassup

Moonbin: i wanna ask

Jungkook: sure go ahead

Moonbin: are you and sinb dating

Jungkook: what? ofc not how could you say that

Moonbin: well, she said so to my friends from my previous school... okay lemme send you the screenshot *sends screenshots*

Jungkook: freak. me and her? but i only consider her as a friend, a best friend! what has got into her?

Moonbin: idk man

Jungkook: well i thought you may know since you're her ex

Moonbin: me and sinb weren't dating

Jungkook: what?

Moonbin: we're not even a thing or anything at the first place

Jungkook: really?

Moonbin: trust me bro, please

Jungkook: huh alright i trust you

Moonbin: thanks

Jungkook: yeah... and thanks for letting me know bout this too

Moonbin: no problem

*end texting*

Man. I couldn't believe it. SinB... but I just feel connected to her, somehow. How could she said that? Aaghhhh! Why?? Okay now, calm down, Jungkook. You need to solve this tomorrow. Talk to her. Yeah, talk to her. I don't know how should I treat her, to confront or enlighten her mind, but whatever it is make sure she knows what she had done.
