Chapter 20:
(Harry's pov)
"Because you told me to make sure I won't let you forget" I tried to remember when I said that but nothing comes to mind.
"When did I say that?" I asked to to catch him out
"I can't say"
"Uhh!!" I huff now angry.
"What I can say is you need to find out and when you do, you can ask the questions" i walk out of the kitchen towards the door but as I open it, Liam slams it shut.
"You need to be careful what you do"
"Why?"
"Because you've forgotten the dangers" I move his arm and walk out to find the nearest pub. As I'm walking, I try to make sense of what Liam what talking about : 'you've forgotten the dangers'. so I have forgotten something ? I walk through the doors of 'the old brew' and sit down on the bar.
"Bartender!" I shout as he is at the other end of the bar. he walks up to me
"Hello and How may I help you?"
"Hi can I get full brew of carling?"
"Sure , that'll be £5.45" he said making the cup. I grab a £10 note from my back pocket and hand it over as he hands the drink.
"Thankyou" he said as he collects the change from the till and hands in too me. Now it's time to drown my sorrows and worries with one gulp. A scrawny man comes up to me and taps me nervously on the shoulder. I turn around and try to remember his face.
*flashback*
I punched him to the ground making him bleed.
"come on Harry ! I don't know what happened to her!" I started to wipe of the blood on my knuckle
*flashback over*
"Harry?" he said nervously
"lewis" I said remembering who he was. I remember hiring him to find a women but him failing miserably.could that be the same girl coming out of the portal?
"I found her" he whispered.
"Who was it again?" he started laughing thinking my comment was a joke. I laughed with him to show it was a joke when really I was being serious.
"Good joke Harry but seriously she's back in town" he gets a folder out of his bag and takes some pictures out.
"I couldn't get any pictures of her face but they are defiantly her" In the picture, a women in medieval clothes was faced backwards soaking wet.
*flashback*
I could see some girl in an old dress coming out of the portal . saying i was soaked , from what I could see she was really dry . I walk closer to the figure to have a closer look . I had seen that long ,Curly ash hair colored hair before .
"Harry?"
*flashback over*
"Harry? are you alright?" he said looking concerned. Who was she?
