It had been 4 months since you had seen Draco in Diagon Alley and you had been sending each other letters almost everyday. How he hadn't been caught by his girlfriend, you will never know. But he had told you multiple times he hoped he would get caught, just so they could break up and that would be the end of it. But his father had refused to listen to his pleas to get out of the arranged marriage.

Over on Draco's side, he hadn't told anyone he was talking to you once again. He was thinking of mentioning it to his mother but quickly dismissed that thought, as he was still worried his mother would be persecuted for withholding information from her husband. So Draco kept the letters you wrote to each other a secret from the world. Stuffed in a small cardboard box at the bottom of his sock draw.
He felt bad for keeping you a secret but knew that the endless amount of letters would put a bit of a knot in the Malfoy family dynamic.

One evening, when you had just polished off your newest potion you had been working of for a few weeks, you walked into your small bedroom and collapsed on the comfortable bed. The walls of your room were dressed in green and white paint, acknowledging your Slytherin roots.
Tired from the intense potion brewing, you turned to face the window. One thing you favoured about living in Cornwall over your old house in London was the view. It was exquisite. The picturesque view was one of a kind. It was one that could have rivalled the tumbling mountains and vast lake of Hogwarts. The crystal blue waves crashed effortlessly against the brutal grey rocks. The golden sand shimmered in the dying sunlight and the horizon seemed to go on for miles out to sea. As you walked towards the window, you looked out at the view in front of you. You knew exactly why artists flocked to the seaside county by just gazing at the scenery. Every inch of it was perfect.

You were pulled out of your thoughts by a large black owl with a great wingspan approaching your open window. You could tell who's owl it was a mile away. As he came to a halt on your windowsill, you took the crisp, new letter out of the birds beak and replaced it with a treat that he liked.
Thanking the majestic bird, you turned to sit on your bed as the Owl flapped it's large wings and took off, out towards the almost set sun on the horizon. As you leant against the headboard, you tore open the envelope with the all to familiar green seal stamped on the back. Sliding the letter out with a small smile, you unfolded the parchment and gazed over the words. From a quick glance, the letters looked rushed and franticly written.

Dear (Y/N),
This letter may seem a little all over the place. I apologise. My father found the letters. Every one of them. I never wanted him to find them because I feared what would happen. And I guess I was right to be concerned. He may be slightly angry at the two of us. Mother is currently trying to calm him down. Astoria was understanding and we mutually agreed we never actually loved each other for this to work in the long run.
I'm going to be away from the manor for a while, just to let my father cool off. But I will let you know when I have got to where I am heading to.
We shall talk again my love,
Draco x

You looked down at the parchment, chewing on your bottom lip in worry. Was he okay? Where was he going? Thoughts rushed uncontrollably around your head as the sun outside was replaced with the light of the pale yellow moon.

With your thoughts elsewhere, the doorbell rang downstairs. You quickly rushed down to the front door, expecting your little old neighbour needlessly complaining or a man trying to sell you some muggle items. But when you pulled open the rectangular wooden door, you were shocked.
"Hi (Y/N)." Draco simply greeted as he shivered in the cold air.
Your face was a picture of pure shock as you jumped out of the door and wrapped your arms around him and he did the same. "Nice to see you too." He chuckled into your neck as you gripped onto him tightly.
You pulled away after some time and looked into his grey eyes. "You came to me?" You stated but it came out more like a question.
Draco nodded shyly. "You were the first person I thought of so I just went with my instincts." He told you.

As he looked up from the floor and into your sparkling eyes, you both felt something you hadn't felt in over 5 years.
Your breathing hitched and Draco displayed his famous smirk. Your faces began to inch closer to each others as though there was a natural magnetic attraction between the two of you. Your lips finally collided and you kissed each other with need and longing. It had been so long since your lips had connected but as they moved in unison, it felt like they had never been apart. He quickly pushed you against the brick wall of your house, not even daring to louse contact with your lips. As the moonlight shon over the two of you, you kissed each other slowly and passionately, taking in every inch of each other as though making up for lost time. You had missed this feeling. The butterflies erupting in your stomach and your mind clear of everything but the feeling of Draco's body against yours.
You reluctantly pulled away from each other and chuckle together. "I have missed doing that." Draco admitted proudly.
You smiled as your hair fell over your face. "Me too."
He ticked the fallen hair behind your ear and kissed your lips sweetly. "I never wants to let you go again." He admitted lovingly.

When the morning came, you prised yourself out of Draco's warm arms to answer the door. Stood there was the old lady from next door complaining about your public display of affection that occurred last night. You just stifled your laughter at the woman as she complained. That's when Draco came sauntering to the door, closing it in the lady's face mid sentence and placing his soft pale lips onto yours with a smirk.
