Andrea didnt respond to Olivia's message about wanting a lift to school the next morning, she thought maybe a day off school will do her good so left her to it. Instead she got ready and headed to meet Lori and the others by the lockers, she knew Shane would be there so made sure she looked good to show him what he doesnt have anymore but also, although she wouldnt admit it, for Daryl to see what he could have. She blushed to herself as she thought about him.

Approaching the lockers she saw Shane leaning on his talking to Rick and T  while Lori freshened up using the mirror in her locker. The walk seemed to go into slow motion for Olivia, all she could hear were whispers from other students "her and Shane are not together anymore, I hear he cheated on her with five different girls" one said "they never had sex, he told my friend she made him wait all the time" said another, Olivia turned to cut her eyes at the gossipers before reaching her friends "hey Liv" greeted T, Shane swallowed hard as he gave Olivia a smile which she returned, he moved out of her way so she could get to her locker "how are you Princess?" He asked her softly, his face said it all when he realised what he called her "i'm fine Shane, thanks"  she replied. An awkward silence fell over the group before Rick broke it "anyone know where Andrea is? She feeling better?" "I dont think she will be in today" Olivia said, the group all looked at eachother they must all know whats going on with her as no one said anything. Olivia spotted Daryl walking down the hallway and decided to join him in the walk to science "see you guys later" she spoke before walking to catch up with Daryl.

"Hey hey hey" she said playfully poking his side, he looked surprised and pleased to see her "fancy walking me to Science? i mean with me, no, walk with me" she corrected herself. "I take you made up with the ape?" Daryl spoke looking back at Shane and the others, Olivia resisted the urge to look at them she sensed Shane might not be so impressed but it wasnt what it looked like, not right now it wasnt anyway. "No no, its 100% kaput! Finished, finnito, done, gone and over!" Olivia smiled causing confusion for Daryl as they trudged through the students in the hallway "im happy, for once in a long while I feel, almost free!" She declared not caring she near on smacked a student in the face with her books as she flung her arms out in delight, Daryl let out a small laugh "almost?" He questioned, "well, I still have school and tests so technically not free until they are all over with" she added pulling an annoyed face. Slowing down her pace she grabbed Daryl's arm softly "wanna skip?" She whispered raising her eyebrows up and down waiting for his answer, Daryl looked around "really? I mean we are right here right by science" he wasnt one to exactly follow rules but Olivia wasnt that sort of girl, only when she felt pushed to the edge that is.

Olivia playfully pouted at him "c'mon we wont miss much! Its just biology and me and you both know how that works!" She teased motioning with her head to follow her. As she walked towards the exit she hid her face behind her book as she walked past Rick and Shane incase they wondered where she was going but they seemed to engrossed in their conversation to notice. Looking back she saw Daryl walking further behind her towards the exit he didnt care to hide his face walking past Rick and Shane, maybe Olivia shouldnt worry so much, its her life.

"My car or your bike?" She asked as they headed for the parking lot, "both, saves coming back and getting in trouble" Daryl replied, he laughed again when Olivia pulled a "duh" face when she realised her silly question. "Meet you at your place!" She spoke before getting in her car and slinging her books in the back and starting her engine.

Olivia really couldnt be bothered with school today, its not that she was taking a rebellious turn all of a sudden but just today in general, double science, double math and then home ec it was just a long day! She mentally told herself she had to meet the girls for cheer practice at 4 for the big game on the weekend. "Dont be late for that girl" she sighed, she really couldnt skip on that one she was on top of the pyramid people would definitely notice that!

"There aint much to do here you know that" Daryl sighed as he opened up the trailer door, he seemed skeptical as to why they came here but remembered her home situation "it beats school" She beamed closing the door behind her. Daryl had clearly tidied since her last visit, well only a little but it made her notice for sure.

Daryl let out a huff as he sunk into the couch, he grunted when Olivia took a almost running leap to join him "you high or something?" He questioned her good spirits "no!" She laughed "got any DVDs?" She asked "do you think i came into money or something?" He spoke sarcastically pointing to the old and small tv set "sorry, i think im just nervous" she sighed stopping herself from chewing her newly manicured acrylic nails, Daryl shifted himself to face her "why you nervous?" He asked showing genuine concern, "for this" she replied before taking his face in her hands and kissing his lips to her joy he didnt pull away but he didnt seem to be kissing back, once Olivia felt his hand touch hers he began to softly kiss her back.

Olivia pulled him closer to her body and lent back on the sofa forcing Daryl to place his arms on the sofa to support his body above hers "lets go to your room" she whispered breaking the kiss. All of a sudden Daryl clammed up, lifted himself from her and looked awkward "er, i cant, its not fresh sheets" he stammered, he looked guilty "okay, here is good" Olivia shrugged but Daryl still didnt look convinced "Daryl, I dont want a relationship, this is just fun, everyone does it anyway" she tried to make him see it was fine with her but he still seemed weirded out "what? You not got no condoms or something?" She asked, maybe she had over stepped the mark and went to apologise but Daryl interrupted her "Olivia we cant do this here" he sighed, Olivia looked around at the surroundings "why not?" She asked, she was beginning to sense rejection coming, Daryl breathed out "believe me I want to its just" he trailed off not being able to finish what he wanted to say so Olivia jumped straight to it "you are a virgin?" She asked jumping to the point she assumed he wanted to make "no its not that, its, just, you just finished with Shane, I aint gunna be some rebound in all this" he spoke sounding slightly bitter but he continued before Olivia could speak again and make him lose his words "I cant just screw you here, I like you." He finally revealed and he sunk further into the sofa like he wanted the world to swallow him whole "oh" Olivia whispered.
