Chapter 17

Tris POV:
I wake up...naked!

As soon as I wake up, I run to the bathroom and start throwing up. Tobias comes in the bathroom and rubs my back while I do.

"Is it from all the beer?" He asks.

My eyes widen when I realize we had sex last night. So I might be...No! I can't be. I just push that thought out of my mind.

Today is  Friday and ever since Tuesday the day we did it, I have been waking up and vomiting.

I run to the drug store and buy First Response. I go back home and pee on the stick. I look at the results. It is positive. I don't believe it! I can't!

I get in my car and drive to Christina's house and barge through her door.

"Christina! You have to take me to the hospital!"

"Why!?"

"I had sex with...Four!"

"Really!? Was it fun?"

"No time for stupid questions! Can you take me to the hospital tomorrow?"

"Yea, why?"

"I will tell you tomorrow."

She nods and I drive back to my house.

The next day:

Christina and I are on our way to the hospital.

"So are you gonna telll me why now?" She asks me.

"I think...I think I might be pregnant."

"WHAT!?!?"

"I know but I don't know if I want it to be true."

"Have you told Four?"

"No."

"You have to."

"No! Christina please. I just don't want him to leave me." I say while a tear slips down my face.

"It's okay Tris. I won't tell him." 

"Thank you. Now let's go face some facts."

We walk into the hospital. After a testing the doctor comes back with my results.

"Well Tris. You are definitely having a baby. We will know the gender in about 16 to 20 weeks."

I thank him and walk out of the hospital crying.

"What if he finds out and leaves me?" I say.

"It's okay Tris. You can stay with me." 

I hug her.

I don't think I can face Tobias. So I will just have to avoid him.
