in which two boys meet every morning at 6:47 am for the morning train to take them to work.
"hyung, the fireworks are so pretty." jimin stared into the night sky, colored by the fireworks display the amusement park put up.
"you're pretty," yoongi mumbles to himself, "yeah, they're so pretty." yoongi agrees.
"wow." jimin smiled in awe.
"jimin? i want you to have this." yoongi hands over the small plastic bag from the gift shop earlier.
"you-you got me something?" jimin blushes. yoongi grins softly, nodding. "well, i got you one too." he hands over a small plastic bag from the same gift shop.
"really? thanks." yoongi grins at the boy. they both opened their gifts for each other at the same time, finding ridiculously similar gifts.
"i think we thought the same, hyung." jimin chuckles. in each bag laid a ring. for yoongi, it had a small engraved sun in the middle. for jimin, it had a small engraved snowflake in the middle.
"i guess you could say i'm your summer, you're my winter." yoongi smirks at the blushing boy.
"i-i guess." he shrugs.
"looks like we have couple rings, then," yoongi looks at jimin, "put mine on, for me." yoongi stuck out his hand.
"th-then do the same for me." jimin shyly pushed the ring onto yoongi's finger. yoongi chuckled softly, pushing the ring onto jimin's finger. they both had matching rings on their right ring fingers, basically showing they're a 'couple'.
"jimin, your family found us." yoongi whispered.
"they did?" jimin turned into the direction yoongi was facing.
"jimin oppa! boyfriend!" yejin ran to the couple, hugging yoongi's leg.
"hey." jimin chuckles, picking her up.
"hi, yejin-ah." yoongi pinched her cheek with his right hand.
"what a cutie." jimin strokes her hair with his right hand.
"jinyoung! do you see that?! they're wearing couple rings! they're wearing couple rings!" mrs. park shook her son back and forth.
"eomma, i can see." jinyoung chuckles.
yoongi and jimin blush at mrs. park's remark. the couple were busy staring at the fireworks with yejin to notice the family crept closer. jinyoung and jaebum had stood by them, smiling at yejin with entwined hands. yoongi already knew they were a couple at the first sight he saw back at the house in the dining area.
when the family, yoongi, and jaebum left for the hotel, jimin had fallen asleep on yoongi's shoulder. yoongi found it cute as jimin cuddled his left arm during the whole ride. ny the time they arrived at the hotel, yoongi woke up jimin who ended up falling asleep again. yoongi carried jimin bridal style into the hotel, yawning once he stepped foot into the elevator. yoongi had unlocked the room, laying jimin on the bed. he went to change before he went to change jimin. yoongi found a comfy shirt and a pair of comfy sweats for jimin, laying it beside him on the bed. yoongi took off jimin's shoes before he took off jimin's jacket. yoongi took off jimin's shirt, replacing it with jimin's comfy shirt. yoongi unzipped jimin's jeans, sliding them off carefully. He didn't dare look down there, slipping the sweats onto jimin. yoongi re-positioned jimin on the bed before yawning, closing the lights, charging their phones, and slipping under the blanket beside jimin.
"goodnight, jimin. why must you make me feel such emotions when i'm with you?"
