Count

26 1 1

A/n: This wonderful poem was made by krazyckid. It's REALLY good for someone who's just starting to touch the surface of poetry. Enjoy!

Once I said I'll count on you,
Doesn't mean I always do
Because I thought of something new,
But I'm too late cause I love you.

Once I started falling in,
In that deep crypt I've always been.
Twice I saw a little light
A light that once completed my night.

Thrice false hopes I thought was true
Were being lend to me from you
Four times I begged for you to stay
Yet five times you stayed away.

Six times I asked for information
To be with you all through my life
Yet nobody believed my intention
So seven times I thought they lied

Eight, nine, ten, and eleven
Which all in all has 6 e's
At the same time it has two I's
Eyes that once can count with ease

My nights and days were incomplete
My hearts and stars were not petite
My once full heart that loved amount
And once my mind which knew how to count.
