* Theo's POV *"He's pissed." I mumble, staring down at the ground.
"Is he still mad about the whole road trip thing?" Genevieve whispers, leaning in closer.
"No it's not that. We had an argument last night and I brought it up again this morning and it didn't turn out too well." We leave the school building as we made our way down to the gym. Calum was nowhere in sight and Sammy was absent.
"If you don't mind me asking, what happened?" She tucks her loose hair behind her ear and looks over at me.
"I overreacted last night about your brother getting all close to Calum and we talked about it and everything but this morning....I don't know. I just keep doubting everything. Stupid things." I scoff and shake my head, looking down.
"Theo." Gen whines and she puts her arm over my shoulder. "Do you want me to talk to him? I wouldn't mind. Honestly."
"No, Gen, I don't want to pull you into this. I'll handle it." Halfway to the gym, I stop. "Go on. I'm gonna wait for him."
"Are you sure?" She asks, removing her arm from over my shoulders. I nod my head. "Alrighty. See ya." She walks off towards the gym.
I only had to wait for a minute or two before I noticed Calum walking with Nick to the gym. I know Nick is a great guy and I trust him so I don't get too jealous when I see them talking and laughing together. Except when they're touching shoulders. No touching.
Calum looks up and he notices me. He whispers something in Nick's ear and Nick nods. He gives me a small wave as he passes by and Callie stops in front of me, hands in his pockets. "What?"
"Haven't even gotten a word out and you already have an attitude." I chuckled.
"Look if you're just going to-"
"No no. I wanted to apologize. I just..." I rub my forehead. I run my fingers through my hair. "I get jealous too. But it's even worse if I see you talking with someone better than me. Doesn't matter if it's their body or their face but I feel like if you even glance at someone like that then you'll realize that you could do waaay better. And it scares me." I adjust my glasses on my face.
He just watches me, listening. He nods his head. "I understand." He gives me a small smile. I shift under his gaze shyly. I feel my ears and cheeks burning. I wish this was easier.
"But um....basically what I want to say is that I know I overreacted, even after last night. And I shouldn't feel that way and-"
I don't get another word out before he takes a step closer and he wraps his arms around me. "You're so fucking cute when you're shy." He mumbles, his lips tickling my ear.
"What?" I turn bright red and my ears start to burn again. "Callie what are you doing?"
"I'm sorry too. I didn't realize that you felt that way." He buries his head in the nape of my neck. He kisses my ear softly and shocks run throughout my body. I grip his shirt lightly and hold him closer to me.
I rest my cheek against his hard chest and take in his scent. "Its alright. You can do whatever you like." I look up at him and he looks back down at me.
"But I have to admit, it's a big turn on when you get jealous." He chuckles deeply, the vibrations tickling my neck. I bite my lip and kiss his cheek, my hands cupping his face.
He kisses the corner of my mouth, holding me closer to him. "Well, thanks I guess." I chuckle and he smiles.
He pulls back a little and he looks me in the eyes. "Theo if you ever have a problem like that, just tell me. I'll listen. I mean, really listen. You mean a lot to me and I'd hate to lose it all by my stupidity. So if you get bothered like that again, don't be afraid to tell me."
