Veronica's POV

Nagising ako ng 7:56 ng umaga..

May usapan kami ni Ren ngayon..

Naligo na ko at nagbihis.. I wore a dress and Chucks..

I went down and I saw my parents eating...

"May lakad ka?" tanong ni Papa..

"Yeah, I'm meeting up with Ren" sabi ko

"Saan? Want us to come with you?" sabi ni Mama

"Just somewhere.. Don't worry, I think I can handle this." sabi ko.. Ayokong sabihin sa kanila ang secret place ko...namin.. Siguro naman kaya ko na tong mag-isa..

I was about to walk away.. My mom called out my name and I looked at her serious face...

"Remember, Every person has at least one secret that would break your heart.." sabi nya.. I just smiled at her...

I get in to the car.. Sinabi ko kay Manong kung saan kami pupunta..

Dumating ako dun ahead ng 40 minutes...

Sinabi ko kay Manong na tatawag ako kapag magpapasundo na ko.. Then, he went away..

I miss this place.. I miss the peace here... Because after my first day of classes, my life had been a pool of mess...

I sighed deeply.. I miss my life before.. no complications.. no heartaches.. though all of those were covered by lies..

I closed my eyes while sitting at the ground...

At pagbukas ko ng mata ko.. Nasa harap ko na si Ren..

Ren's POV

Veronica texted me to meet with her.. I said yes kase wla naman akong gagawin..

And I am worried baka kelangan nya ng kausap after knowing all of these things...

Nung makarating ako sa 'secret place'.. I immediately ran to her when I saw her..

I just stood in front of her.. her eyes was closed..

When she opened her eyes.. mababakas mo sa kanya ang pagka-bigla.. pero bigla na lang wla akong makitang emosyon...

"Veronica." paninimula ko..

"Ren, tell me why?" sabi nya.. Sh*t wag naman yun?!

"Alin?" pagkukunwari kong wlang alam...

"Okay.." she sighed deeply.. "I want to know kung.." she paused

"kung bakit, nagkaroon kayo ng relasyon ni Michaella, ee mahal nya si Kuya?" tanong nya..

"Why do you want to know?" tanong ko..

"To make things clear" sabi nya

"But if you could read my mind, you'd be in tears.." sabi ko. that was true.. She'll be hurt again if she'll know it

"Then, let it be" sabi nya..

"Sure?" tanong ko..

"Yeah, pero sa treehouse na.. I think it'll rain" sabi nya at tumango ako..

We headed there.. inaayos nya yung mga unan..

"Start" sabi nya..
