*bell rings to leave sixth period*
Thank god it's time for lunch already! I'm literally starving!
Naomi: I'm gonna catch you at lunch. I have to go talk to Mrs. Washington about my grade.
Me: Alright girl, meet you there!
Naomi: *walking off* ok boo!
I'm so ready for school to be over so I can go back to the hospital & be with Jamal. It's so terrifying thinking he just might not wake up ever again! I know I should be thinking positive, but that's easier said than done.
*walks into lunchroom*
I don't even want anything to eat really. Every since yesterday I really haven't had a appetite.
*hears someone walk up behind me*
Jeremiah: Well, well, well, we meet again.
Me: Jeremiah we're in school, of course you're gonna see me more than once!
Jeremiah: Why you always have to get smart?
Me: *mocks him* Why you always have to get smart?
Jeremiah: Real funny! That's why you're by yourself now!
Me: Actually, here comes Naomi right there. *points to Naomi*
Naomi: *yells* Come on Mel! Let's go to McDonald's!
Me: *walks off* Well, see ya!
Jeremiah: *yells* Girl when you gonna quit playing with me? I'm what you need!
Me: *laughs* Bye Jeremiah!
*we walk out the school to my car*
