I know you're thinking Melanie why in the world haven't you told Jamal he's about to be a father?! Well, it has something to do with what my father did to me. I'm just scared that if I tell Jamal I'm pregnant he's just gonna up & leave without any explanation just like my father did!
If you're wondering about the baby, it's fine. I've been going to my appointments on time & in two months I should find out what I'm having.
*asks to go to the bathroom*
The baby keeps me constantly asking to go to the bathroom all day.
*walks into stall*
Oh Jesus, thank you lord! I needed to let that load off!
*hears three girls enter the bathroom & start talking*
Girl 3: Yeah, I know for a fact she's pregnant!
Girl 1: Me too, like we don't know what maternity clothes look like!
Girl 2: Who are y'all going off at the mouth about?
Girl 3: That "Mrs. I have a perfect life" phony Melanie!
Girl 2: Henderson?!
Girl 1: Yeah, can't you tell?
Girl 2: No, not really!
Girl 1: She can't hide it forever!
Girl 3: What's done in the dark always comes into the light!
*they all leave the bathroom*
Me: *walks out stall with tears in eyes* OMG!
