Chapter 3: So we meet again
As I stepped aboard the bus I couldn't help but gasp at how big it actually was on the inside. Lining the walls were soft looking couches, one of them wrapping around a small table to the left. Behind the "living room" was a small kitchen. Towards the back were two bathrooms and then the bunks, and a room that looked to used to of been an extra guest room but was changed into the guess bedroom.
"Wow..." I said, not being able to find any words to describe this.
"Do you like it? Because if you don't then, well too bad," Vic said, smirking at me. I laughed and hugged him, telling him it would have to do. That got everybody on the bus laughing.
Mike got up and outstretched his hand to me, "Hey, I'm Mike."
"Yeah I know," I chuckled slightly, "I'm a huge fan of your band," I smiled widely at him, from behind him Tony groaned.
"Vic, you really need to stop bring random fans on our bus, just because they're cute doesn't mean you need them on our bus," he said playfully glaring at Vic, then winking at me.
"Ha ha very funny Tony, but Amy isn't just some random fan, she has been my best friend for, ever since I can remember." Vic said, smiling at me.
"So, is she going to be touring with us from now on Orr?" Tony asked, breaking the tension.
"Well yeah, obviously she will be, right Amy?" Jaime asked, placing all the attention on me.
"Um, y-yeah I guess I will be, Vic?"
"Of course you are! I mean, where else would you go? Because I am NOT letting you go back to Silent Angels Orphanage. Ms. Green sounds like such a... a..."
"Bitch?" I said, finishing his sentence for him.
"Yes! That's exactly what she seems like!" He said, plopping down on the couch while fist pumping the air. I laughed at his actions and took a seat in between him and Tony.
"Okay, so we do have a show tonight, across town, but if we leave now, we should be able to get there, do a sound check and be ready for the show in time." Jaime conformed, checking his phone while pacing back and forth in front of us.
I nodded my head, standing up and heading to the back of the bus to get changed out of what I was wearing at the moment.
I searched my bag until I found my skinny jeans with one leg black and the other electric blue, my Pierce the Veil rubber bracelet, my Pierce the Veil tank top and my black vans. Then I headed into the bathroom to get changed and curl my hair. I applied some makeup, mostly just eyeliner and mascara to my eyes and when I stepped out of the bathroom I could hear all the boys gasp.
"What?" I asked, did I have something on my face?
"Wow Amy, you look... beautiful," Vic said, smiling at me.
"Aw tha-" I was cut off by the bus abruptly stopping, causing me to fall forward. I awaited the pain the ground would soon cause me, but the pain never came. When I opened my eyes, I was merely inches from the floor. My savior: Mike Fuentes.
I quickly got out of his grasp, fixing my outfit, as the heat rushed to my cheeks. The guys all started punching his shoulders, calling him a "hero" making his face turn as red as a tomato. I laughed as the guys started to give him nick names like Mike the Savior.
"MIKE, VIC, TONY, JAIME LETS GO!" I heard somebody from the front of the bus call out. In a flash all the boys had scrambled to get off the bus, leaving me to my own dismay. Reluctantly I got off the bus, being trampled by the people crowding around the bus.
"Amy? AMY WHERE ARE YOU?!" Vic called out, walking through the sea of screaming fans, using body guards as a protection wall.
"O-over here!" I called out, he probably barley even heard me. When he finally reached me he helped me backstage, making it clear to the security guards that I am to be allowed anywhere I wanted to go. I mentally thanked him for that as we stepped backstage.
"Okay, so the opening act is practicing right now but as soon as they come out I don't want you to fan girl or do anything. If need be, run away okay?" Vic sounded like such an over protective parent. I laughed and nodded my head. He began to walk to the other side of the stage while I sat down on the ground, day dreaming of what my new life could hold in the future.
The music in the background stopped suddenly. I looked up, trying to see what happened to the music when common sense finally set in and I realized that the opened act was probably just done preforming. I was going to go back to day dreaming but curiosity got the best of me as I waited for the other act to come off the stage. But when they did step out from the stage I could of sworn my eyes were deceiving me because I would of never expected to see them here, ever. They usually aren't starter acts...
