Olivia's pov
How did a week and a half go by so quickly?! We were in Disney World for seven days and Universal Studios for three! That was one of the best times of my life! Sadly... we're on our way back home. I have no idea how mom and dad will react. Right now, we're dropping off the Dolan's since we live on the same street. The twins just walked into their house. We gotta be quiet when we get to ours, because it's about 1am. The trip went by way too fast. I have no idea what's going to happen with Ethan and Avery. They were fighting the entire way home. On the drive back, they made a deal.
Flashback
"Shut up Ethan! You're so fricken self-centred! Just think of others for a change!" Avery yelled. I was driving and Grayson was in the passenger seat.
"I'm self-centred?! Look at you! You don't even care about anything! You ignored Olivia for however long!" Ethan fired back at Avery. Both of them started bickering at each other.
"Listen! Ethan and Avery. You two need to figure something out. How about we make a deal. You two act like a couple in public/around everybody. But when your alone, you can completely ignore each other and fight as much as you like," I explained.
"That's honestly a good idea," Grayson agreed.
"Fine," Ave muttered.
"Fine," Ethan mimicked.
End of flashback
Now, they have a plan. Which hopefully will work. Maybe they'll start to like each other. Who knows?
Ave and I silently walk through the house, making our way upstairs and to our rooms.
"Night," I whisper.
"Night," she replies and walks into her room. I quietly close the door behind me. Wow. My rooms boring. Light grey room, white desk, black and white bedspread. I need to do something to it tomorrow.
I grab my phone and lay down in my bed after changing into my pyjamas. The room is silent. I search up room ideas and look at them until one catches my eyes. A light lilac purple. It's beautiful! My eyes get heavy and I yawn. That's when I decide to go to bed.
My door opening, wakes me up. Sunlight bursts into my room as the blinds are opened. I squint my eyes to see who it is. Mom stands at the end of my bed with her arms crossed.
"Morning mom," I groan.
"Downstairs in two minutes. I'm going to wake up your sister," mom says and leaves. I still can't see because of the light, so I close my eyes once again. Moms footsteps come closer to me. I open my eyes and get up before she yells at me. My eyes are itchy, so I rub them.
"Sit," mom demanded as I entered the dining room. I didn't say anything, I just obeyed. Avery slowly trudged down the stairs.
"What do you want from us?" I ask, already knowing the answer. Mom rolled her eyes at my rhetorical question.
"Why did you take thousands of dollars from us and take a vacation without supervision?" She asked.
"To have fun," I sigh.
"Okay, who did you go with?" Mom asked.
"Nate, Alice, Jasper, Emily, Ethan, and Grayson," Avery responded.
"Ethan?"
"Yeah. Ethan."
Mom thought for a minute.
"What does this mean?" She asked.
"I'm in. I'll marry him," Ave muttered.
"Yay! Lisa and I have already booked a place for the wedding. It's going to take place near Alice and Jasper's house. In the forest," mom excitedly explained.
Avery sat quiet and listened to mom.
After about half an hour, mom finally stopped talking about the wedding. Avery wasn't listening. She was in her own little world. I feel terrible for her. Being married to somebody you hate would suck. It would be much easier if it were Gray and I. But I'm not sure how I would feel getting married to him at eighteen. It's too young in my opinion. Also, it should be your choice.
I walked upstairs and ran into my bedroom.
"I know you're somewhere out there. Somewhere far away. I want you back. I want you back. My neighbours think I'm crazy. Cause they don't understand. I want you back. I want you back. At night when the stars light up my room. I sit by myself talking to the moon. Trying to talk you. In hopes you're on the other side talking to me too or am I a fool who sits alone. Talking to the moon," I sing. I turn around and jump.
"What the hell Grayson? How long have you been standing there?" I asked.
"You are an amazing singer Olivia. Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.
"Because I can't sing," I reply.
"Yes you can. If you can't sing, then what was that?" Grayson asked. I rolled my eyes.
The next day, after school
We walked towards the Dolan's house. Grayson and I had our hands intertwined. He grabbed his key from his backpack and unlocked the door. We walked upstairs. Nobody was home except for us. I pulled off my backpack and dropped it beside his dresser. He did the same. I jumped onto his bed and closed my eyes.
"That was probably the longest day of school ever!" I groaned. Grayson laughed and laid down next to me.
"At least you didn't have a test," he sighed.
"What should we do?" I asked. Grayson looked at me for a second, before raising an eyebrow and smirking.
A/n: I've been thinking lately. Would you guys like another book that's this storyline from Grayson's pov?
Btw, I'm so sorry that the chapters have been posted late! I'm really busy at the moment, but I'm trying!
