The Raven's Scheme

Two birds wandering through the sky

always just passing by.

One a dove so pure and white,

she always flew towards the light.

The other, an owl, does not do well,

he acts as if he flies through hell.

Then the raven as if in flight

came to know the light.

The idea was the dove,

to fall in love

with the owl so near

and without fear

see them together

forever and ever.

The owl soon broke the dove's heart,

and she fell apart.

The owl had another

and the dove no longer wanted to be his lover.

The raven tried to catch the dove

and she soon fell in love.

Now they fly together

and always will, forever and ever.
