Masks worn daily
Hiding the emotions
No one wants to recognize.
Loss, brokenness, anger,
Even happiness.
Everyone seemingly content.
Looking at the masks.
Take the mask off
Let it all out.
Connect, soul deep.
Realize that masks
Help no one,
But the seller
Of an emotionless mask.
