PEETA'S POV:

The whole school sit in the hall facing the stage. We watch some boring orchestra performances but I heard Katniss is singing a song she wrote I bet it will be amazing. I realised I need to spend more time with Katniss I havnt been spending alot of time with her since we got to collage but she is so busy with all her friends apparently but the thing is I have never seen her with anyone else but Annie and recently she has been lonely well I see her a few times with this girl but I don't know her name...

"Ladies and Gentlemen singing a song she wrote her self MADGE UNDERSEE!" Madge walks on to the stage. Wait! That is the one Katniss has been with alot recently! She strumms on her guitar and begins singing. Its a good song and she is a really talented singer. She doesnt sing the full song because of time which means niether will Katniss. Performences go on and on and on until the very last act.

"I would like to welcome our very own, Katniss Everdeen" He smiles Out comes Katniss in normal clothes unlike the others. She wears a plain top and jeans unlike the others in thier suits and dresses. She sits down and ajusts the mic to her height before the music starts

She finishes her song and the room breaks into a huge applause. Standing up and Cheering but I can't catch her eye. Them words mean something I can tell. She walks off stage but the crowed dont stop cheering. I push past people and walk out I need to find her. I see her walking out from back stage

"Katniss!" I shout out she turns towards me and I walk towards her "What do you mean by that?"

"The song?" She asks and I nod "I mean the way I am being treated I dont know if you have noticed but Clove is replacing me, You think I am not being nice to her well I never speak to her becuase she never says anything to me she steals all my friends and that boy, Cato! He is in on it too any you just cant see it can you. Annie switched dorms to be with Clove now im alone and you have no idea! Your too busy with Cato well let me tell you they arent who they say and if you don't believe me then fine go and ask Clove out becuase I know you want to dont worry about me! I ruined your life once I won't do it again" Tears escape her eyes

"Katniss" I whisper putting my hand on her shoulder

"NO" She whips my hand off 

"You should have said" 

"I TRIED! BUT YOU NEVER LISTENED YOU WERE TOO BUSY WITH CATO!" She screams and I realise she is attracting a crowed "BUT DONT WORRY YOU CAN BE FREE YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT BECUASE I CANT DEAL WITH ALL OF THIS!"

"With all of what?" I ask

"This, This collage these people, this pressure so it would be better if I just left" She says her cheeks are soaked with tears now

"Katniss dont forget that I love you"

"DO YOU?" She raises her voice again "I DONT EVEN THINK YOU KNOW WHAT LOVE IS AND NEITHER DO I!" She screams before running off. I look and see there were quite a few people watching us so I run after her. The elevator closes before I can get in with her so I sprint up the stairs to her dorm. She is just going in when I get there. I push the door and walk into her room. She turns back to me when her blood shot eyes 

"Katniss don't go I love you and Im sorry I didnt notice but..."

"BUT WHAT?" She asks. I stay silent

"Exactly!" She says "just go live your life to the fullest and forget me" She says and grabs a suitcase from her wardrobe

"What are you doing?" I ask

"LEAVING! I am not needed here and it would be better if im gone" She cries

"Katniss no" I say "Listen before you go I have something to say and im not letting you leave until I say it!" She nods and I start

"Life is something we dont choose it chooses us and there are many different ways you can live your life, you dont choose how your life turns out because people always make desisions for you. If I could go back there would be many things I would change and that would be everything but you, People say there is someone perfect out there for you and most dont meet them but I have I have met you and without you I would never be living the life I am today you realise YOU got me here and Finnick and Annie if it wasnt for you we would be in a different school right now trying to figure out who we are but I know who I am. I am Peeta Mellark the boy who is madly in love with Katniss Everdeen"

KATNISS POV:

I am speechless but I have to go its not right for me here. I continue packing and turn away from Peeta I can't give in I wont. but he gets my suit case and puts it back in the wardrobe

"You are not leaving becuase I will be with you, I wont let Clove hurt you anymore I promise" He says. I don't know now Do I stay or do I go?
