Taz grabbed her bag and ran out the door towards the gym as usual. People were walking behind her as she ran.
"Hey Taz!"
Taz turned thinking it was Up but it was just Kryandor. She rolled her eyes and looked forward again thinking, "Damn it." And she kept running.
Kryandor actually caught up, "Taz! Glad I caught up with you. You're pretty damn fast." He kept jogging next to her.
"I wish jou didn't." She said plainly, then stopped jogging and walked.
"Thank god." She heard Kryandor say under his breath, tired. "What's up."
"De sky." She said plainly, now speed walking.
He chuckled, "good one." He paused, "Hey! I got a joke, wanna hear it?" She rolled her eyes.
"What's annoying and wish it could die?" He started.
"Jou."
"Hey!" He laughed, "that was funny. But no!"
"Dat wasn't a joke." Taz snapped, "can jou ever go away?"
"Why?"
"Why what?"
"You're my friend."
"Ehh... sure." She said quietly.
He punched her softly in the arm. She did expect it yet again like when he snuck up on her in PE that one time, she hit him right in the nose again.
"¡Mierda! Lo siento." She put a hand down to help him up. He had a confused look on his face.
"Thanks." He said taking the gesture of helping him up. Taz pulled him up quickly.
"No hay problema." Taz said and ran over into the gym, he followed slightly behind.
"Up." She set her bag down next to a weight than ran over to him.
"Taz-"
"Can I have my-"
"Here." He said giving her her father's gun.
"Oh- gracias..."
He smiled, "but keep it around your shoulder and behind you. Don't set."
"Bien." She took it and put it around her. She quickly ran back to her bag.
The class started a few minutes later. Taz ran up to the rest of the group huddling around Up.
"Ouch." She heard someone say next to her. She had accidentally hit someone with the zapper.
"Lo siento." Taz said pulling it back.
"It's fine." The boy looked over and smiled down to her. He had been tall compared to Taz.
She nodded and looked towards Up. She never smiled to anyone but Up.
"Why do you have a zapper with you?" He asked after a moment of silence.
"Oh- it was my father's."
